Buttigieg and Communism

1 Comment on Buttigieg and Communism

Recently I had the opportunity to listen to an interview that was done a year ago with the ultra-leftist Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.  This interview is remarkable.  Buttigieg is interviewed on the smorgasbord of policies that the people behind the curtain propose to solve the inflation problem.  In this eight-minute segment Buttigieg reveals that the administration plans are to take over much of the economy.

United We Stand

Canadian Rapper Dax has released a powerful remix of Oliver Anthony’s hit “Rich Men North of Richmond”. While one may not be into rap, this work by Dax merges song and rap in a way that promotes the message that Oliver Anthony is getting out.  This is an amazing song by an artist I never heard of.

This kind of effort helps to open people’s eyes and realize how great this country.  It counteracts the relentless push by the Marxists to denigrate and diminish America.

Government Shutdown Coming

Comments Off on Government Shutdown Coming

It is September 2023.  Our government is funded through the end of the month.  The Republican rebels have made it clear that they are opposed to the practice of unlimited funding of the government with no practical way of paying for it.  Changes wrought during the battle for the speakership state that there will be specific appropriations bills as had been done prior to 2008.  No longer will there be an omnibus bill of thousands of pages that serve as graft for the evil people who feed at the public trough.

Trump Doctrine

PDJT has announced that he will not be doing the first debate.  And that may extend to all Republican primary debates.  Murdoch of Fox News is furious at the loss of revenue this will entail. Fox is bleeding viewers since the ouster of Tucker Carlson.  Ronna McDaniel is also upset since this will undoubtedly reduce the amounts of money coming into the coffers of the RNC.  Let’s always remember that the RNC is a private organization.  This private organization is beholden to those who fund it.

How Will We Pay For It

Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-5) speaks for many Americans not just those in the House district that he represents.  He is one of the 15 Republican House members who are trying to restore some sanity to the process of our government in Washington.  He is one of the few House members who actually stands up and says “No!” to appropriations that do not have a funding mechanism that isn’t some pie in the sky projection put out by the Congressional Budget Office.

It’s The Message

Comments Off on It’s The Message

Last week I published a post on the fact that we are the majority in this country.  This fact has been re-enforced by two songs that have riled up the music world.  The first was Jason Aldean’s “Try That In A Small Town.”

“Try That In A Small Town” refers to the feeling of a community where neighbors took care of neighbors, regardless of differences of background or belief.  Apparently calling out the leftist evil that is being perpetrated on the American public is now ‘violent’ and ‘hateful.’  Leftists have gone into screaming fits of rage over this music video.

A Simple Answer To The Fed Rate Question

1 Comment on A Simple Answer To The Fed Rate Question

One of the things that I hear in many discussions about the economy is the one where the Fed is going to pivot.  Pivot to what, you ask?  Pivot back to a zero bound interest scheme that was in place for a long time.  In Europe the government-controlled interest rate actually went negative for a decent amount of time.

The financial “pundits” have been clamoring for a return to such a fantasy land scenario to “save the economy.”  It ain’t going to happen.  And if it did, it would not save the economy. ...

Highlights and Lowlights

Bud Light and its associated beers continue to spiral downward.  There are no signs that the boycott of Anheuser Busch brands is abating.  According to the latest statistics shared by Bump Williams consulting firm, in the key period just before the July 4th holiday, sales of Bud Light dropped another 28.5% compared to the prior year.

All of this is the result of hiring people who have been brainwashed to believe all this wokeism crap.  And most of these people have been “educated” at our elite universities.

The CEO now believes that if he appeals to the public to save the jobs of everyday Americans, people will return to their prior purchasing habits.  Not gonna happen.  This “We will shoot the hostage” strategy is being seen for what it is.

Buy local microbreweries.  Most local microbrews taste better and you are promoting your local economy.

Gender Fluid Beer

Sales of the gender-fluid beer, Bud Light, continue to decline.

[New York Post] – Sales of Bud Light suffered their steepest weekly drop yet since the beer brand launched its disastrous tie-up with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney, according to the latest data.

In the week ending June 17, sales of the Anheuser-Busch brand fell by an eye-popping 28.5% versus a year ago, according to the most recent sales figures issued by Bump Williams Consulting and NielsenIQ.

That eclipses last week’s 26.8% decline, which beat the previous week’s fall of 24.4%.

Porkulous

Sundance over at CTH had a short post of the meaningless theatre that Washington engaged in recently to come to an agreement on increasing the debt ceiling.  Before I post Sundance’s comments, please note that more Democrats voted for the measure than Republicans did (165 to 149).  That alone tells the story.
