Was Ronna McDaniel just paid off for her years at the RNC where she managed to turn significant Republican election advantages into almost no wins?  McDaniel was fired by NBC after one Meet The Press interview that lasted less than 20 minutes.  Her two-year contract was for $300,000/yr.  That totals out to $600,000.

Bidenomics also known as Obamanomics, at work.  Homebuyers need to earn 80% more than in 2020 to afford a house in this market. It’s not just due to high mortgage rates. Factors beyond high mortgage rates are affecting housing affordability for many Americans, according to experts.

Almost four years ago, a household earning $59,000 annually could afford a new mortgage without spending more than 30% of their monthly income and with a 10% down payment, according to a recent report by Zillow Group. That is no longer the case today.

During a recent appearance on the FOX Business Network, Biden Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said that she regrets her previous claim that inflation was transitory.  Yellen said, “Most forecasters believe we’re on a path where inflation will come down over time.”  Just who are these forecasters?

Any economist worth his salt would tell you that inflation is going to head upward.  Yellen wanted to say that housing costs flattening will stop inflation.  Hogwash!  The cost of oil products (gasoline, diesel, etc.) are headed up again.  Unleaded regular gasoline has risen over ten percent during the last three months. ...
