Webster’s defines coincidence as “the occurrence of events that happen at the same time by accident but seem to have some connection.” The soothsayers in the media want us to believe that coincidence is the foundation of things that happened on Saturday, July 13th in Butler Pennsylvania.
At first, I thought overturning Chevron Deference may be one of the most historic decisions in the history of the Supreme Court (SCOTUS). And I still feel that way. However, the deeper I dig into the presidential immunity ruling (which BTW is steeped in precedent), the more I see this decision having huge ramifications as well. Unelected bureaucrats beware!
The campaign against Justice Alito over flying flags at his home is being ratcheted up. Several more instances of flying flags that represent extremist fringes of the population have been discovered.
This is a joke, of course. China has way too much money invested in this administration for this administration to take any meaningful steps against China’s drive towards world dominance.

As a review, lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an individual’s usage of their legal rights. The term may refer to the use of legal systems and principles against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, wasting their time and money. Alternatively, it may describe a tactic used by repressive regimes to label and discourage civil society or individuals from claiming their legal rights via national or international legal systems. It also may be used to score public relations wins.
The egregious misconduct of the FBI continues to go unpunished. In 2021 the DOJ Inspector General condemned FBI conduct in the rape and sexual assault of U.S. Gymnasts. The IG report revealed that FBI agents facilitated Larry Nassar’s sex crimes by taking no action despite numerous witness statements to them. And the FBI did not report the sexual assaults to local law enforcement either.

Democrats keep trying to chip away at gun rights. They know they can’t overturn the Second Amendment at this point in time. Their approach is to try to make it more difficult for people to own and use guns for protection.
Censorship is a dirty word that those in power want the public to ignore. America was founded on the idea of a free and raucous exchange of ideas however they may emerge so long as violence is not the end product.
Our national security state would espouse that such a free exchange of ideas is a national security threat. According to those in power, one cannot allow “extremist ideas” to propagate across the country and around the world. Such “extremist ideas” could undermine those in power and become a “threat to democracy.” Of course, such “extremist ideas” are any ideas that do not align with the prevailing ideology of those in power.
