America has come a long way since PDJT descended the escalator at Trump Towers in NYC in June 2015. For many Americans it has been an awakening to the very corrupt nature of the swamp in DC. The recent lawfare indictments and trials of the former President have highlighted this corruption. However, it was there throughout PDJT’s term in office.
Another lever that our elite politicians have used to avoid responsibility has been overturned by the Supreme Court. It was known as Chevron Deference. It was decision handed down from SCOTUS in 1984. It allowed federal agencies to interpret laws themselves if they felt the statute was ambiguous. Under the Chevron decision, federal courts were supposed to defer to the “experts” in such agencies. SCOTUS has ended that practice.
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) has overturned the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) use of 1512(c)(2), a statute pertaining to obstruction of an official proceeding, in cases related to the events of January 6th (J6). This ruling is a major win for those political prisoners. It is also a significant setback for the Biden regime.
One hears a lot about the polarization of this country into two radically different groups of people. One such group believes in the absolutism of an all-powerful government who provides for all of one’s needs from cradle to grave. The other group believes in individualism, self-determination and an inherent belief in right and wrong, in good and evil.

Biden came across as frail and weak. At times he was difficult to understand. This is despite weeks of getting ready where modern medicine worked a medical miracle just to have Biden not collapse during the debate.
Radical Socialist Democrat and Insurrectionist Jamaal Bowman has lost his bid for reelection for New York’s 16th Congressional District. Bowman found himself in hot water after pulling a fire alarm in the US Capitol on Saturday, September 30, and shutting down Congress.
Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, has been released from prison. Assange, who had been imprisoned in the United Kingdom for the last five years after spending seven years in the Ecuadorian Embassy, reached a plea deal with the Biden DOJ that will allow him to return to his native Australia. All details of the plea deal have not been released at this point in time.
