Just how concerned is the Deep State with the incoming administration? Based on the disruptive “leaks,” I believe that the Deep State is preparing for an all-out war against Trump 2.0. Anything published in the media about Trump’s nominees needs to be looked at through the prism of who is releasing the narrative. The marionette strings jerking the news stories at WaPo and the NYTimes will be more obvious than ever.

Russia Raises The Stakes

The insane neocons in Washington and other western capitals continue down the road to a nuclear war. Zelenskyy is begging to strike targets deep inside Russia. Zelenskyy went to Pennsylvania this week to campaign for Kamala Harris because he knows that PDJT would find a way to expeditiously end the war that is allowing Zelenskyy’s wife to spend all that money in Paris.

These people seem to believe that eventually Russia will back down and give up in Ukraine. Why? Russia is winning. The front is beginning to crack open in many places. Ukrainian casualties are approaching the casualties of our own Civil War. The Democrats can only pray that a wholesale rout of Ukrainian forces does not begin soon.

The current administration is trying to start a nuclear war. Perhaps they believe that they can win the election if this happens. Since Biden has appeared to have retired, that means that the buck stops with Kamala Harris. What input did Harris have into the latest incredibly stupid decision in Washington? Let’s be reminded that Harris was the last person in the room when the Afghanistan withdrawal plans were finalized. How many people died as a direct result of that planning?

The Illusion Of Choice

Weinstein is very convincing in the video below. He is correct in his portrayal of how the parties have worked for many decades. He is correct that populism may bring down a pillar or two supporting structures. If those pillars are holding up totally corrupt structures, it is no great loss. I think it is pretty clear the corruption in many of our institutions is top to bottom and any true reform will require gutting parts of the house. The real question here is how long has this been going on?

The one thing the Democrats are fervently hoping does not happen is a complete collapse of the Ukrainian armed forces. Such a collapse would further damage the Democrats’ chances in November. In order to avoid this, the neocons in NATO and in this country want to escalate the war again. This is crazy on any level but Zelenskyy has been publicly calling on NATO and the US to allow him to send missiles deep into Russia. Just what do they think would happen if that occurs?

Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, has been released from prison. Assange, who had been imprisoned in the United Kingdom for the last five years after spending seven years in the Ecuadorian Embassy, reached a plea deal with the Biden DOJ that will allow him to return to his native Australia. All details of the plea deal have not been released at this point in time.
