On Monday the Democrats under the leadership of Nancy Pelosi continued their witch hunt against PDJT. Of course, the ultimate goal of is the removal of PDJT as President. The Democrats are no longer hiding behind a weaponized FBI and DOJ. They are no longer hiding behind fake FISA warrants and fake dossiers. Their hatred of PDJT knows no bounds.
Democratic Rep. Jerry Nadler’s demand for more than 80 Trump associates to provide documents and answer questions before Congress is nothing but a fishing expedition. This is no different than FBI contractors illegally mining the NSA feeds for info on Trump and his associates, the DOJ obtaining a FISA warrant under false pretenses or Rosenstein offering to wear a wire. The only difference is that evil has now come out of the shadows. The Dems are out in public trying to do this.
Former federal prosecutor Joseph DiGenova weighed in on this subject in an interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on “The Story.”
The Democratic Party is out of control. This entire operation is a fraud. The Salem Witch Trials and Senator Joe McCarthy were more subtle than the Democrats. This investigation is an outrageous abuse of power. The American people expect Congress to be working for them. The only people the Dems are working for are themselves.
Joe DiGenova advised all those summoned before these committees to “take the 5th.” I would concur. If they speak before the committees, there will undoubtedly be phony referrals to the DOJ for perjury. The Dems will try to bankrupt those who will not play ball with them.
The Dems are not interested in governing. Power is their God and they will do anything to gain it. They have lost all sense of what is right, what is wrong. What is good and what is evil. Forty-four Democratic Senators bore witness to this when they voted to allow the killing of newborns.
Clearly evil has taken over the Democratic Party and is calling the shots. Back in January, Rep. Rashida Tlaib was sworn in as the first Muslim woman in Congress. Her first public declaration was to announce, “We’re going to impeach the motherf****r.” She called this speaking the truth.
I have no doubt that she spoke the truth in a moment of exuberance. The Dems’ intention is to impeach PDJT, not because he has done anything deserving of impeachment, but simply because they feel they can manipulate the public into accepting such an act.
Again this comes back to the fact that they worship at the altar of power. Anything that advances their attempts to increase their power is considered good. If something decreases their hold on power, then that is bad.
Democrats want an expansive, powerful government in a godless nation. They want to control how people think. They want to relegate the freedoms that are God-given to some dustbin of history. And somehow they think this would make us better.
In a moment of candor Rep. Cummings said, “We’re better than this. As a country, we are so much better than this.” Unfortunately he was not looking in a mirror when he said it.
