Adam Schiff (D-CA) leads the impeachment witch hunt in the House. Why would Nancy Pelosi pick this person to do so? Schiff is a proven serial liar.
During the Russia collusion hoax, Adam Schiff, who was the ranking member of the HPSCI at the time, lied over and over about having access to classified info that proved PDJT colluded with Russia during the 2016 election. See here and here and here for some examples.
Schiff also tweeted numerous times that the President was guilty of collusion. See a couple of examples below.

Schiff lied like this for two years to the American public claiming he had inside knowledge of the collusion. In the end the Mueller Report exonerated PDJT and his family from any wrongdoing. This destroyed Schiff’s credibility with the public. And yet Pelosi chose Schiff to be the lead in the Ukrainian quid pro quo hoax.
Schiff started this inquisition by supposedly reading a transcript of the Ukraine call conversation. The only problem was that it was fiction. Just another attempt by Schiff to deceive the public. Schiff later walked his attempt back by claiming it was an attempt at parody.
Now the Washington Post, yes, the anti-Trump Washington Post, has outted Schiff once again as a serial liar.
Adam Schiff claimed on multiple occasions that the Ukraine whistleblower possesses a “statutory right” to remain anonymous. These claims came at closed-door hearings as well as at a public hearing.
No such right exists and anyone with an even elementary understanding of due process understands this. As Washington Post writer Salvador Rizzo noted,
“It’s not a right spelled out in any statute. Neither the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act of 1998 (ICWPA) nor any related statutes have language guaranteeing anonymity for whistleblowers.”
Adam Schiff is a former Assistant US Attorney and knows this. However, Schiff is deliberately misleading the public in an attempt to score political points and failing miserably.
While the ICWPA establishes that “intelligence community whistleblowers can’t be demoted, fired or reassigned for legally reporting their concerns,” it does not establish a right for their names to remain concealed.
Recently Schiff has changed gears and is now claiming that the gossipmonger who started this ridiculous charade fears for his life if his identity is exposed. Now if this was someone who had filed such a ridiculously false narrative against a Democratic President, legitimate fears for his life might exist. One only has to look at police reports from around the country to see all the violence that has been visited upon people simply because they were wearing a red hat. And the attempted massacre of Republicans on a ball field in Alexandria is proof of the murderous intent of those on the Left.
But where are the reports of violence from conservatives? Again, Schiff is making stuff up out of whole cloth in an attempt to keep this impeachment hoax alive. This is a major league betrayal of the public trust. It is time for Adam Schiff to resign from Congress.
