Amen!

Rep. Jim Jordan has been on fire during his stint on the House Intelligence Committee.  Jordan has cut to the truth of the matter and destroyed the narrative that Adam Schiff and others have been fabricating regarding the Ukraine hoax.

Jordan has outlined the facts for all the world to see.  Besides the fact that there is nothing wrong with what the president did, Jordan has exposed the following facts.

First, State Dept. officials George Kent and Bill Taylor were miffed that State Dept. Special Envoy Kurt Volker was handling the direct negotiations with the Ukrainians.  Both witnesses expressed their opinions disagreeing with the way President Trump has conducted diplomatic relations with Ukraine.

But the president is the chief diplomat of the United States.   He defines America’s foreign policy, not George Kent or William Taylor.  America gives money and aid to other countries with specific conditions attached.  Even Kent admitted that Burisma, the infamous Ukrainian energy company, was part of the “pervasive and longstanding corruption in Ukraine.”

The president has a duty to make sure that our money is going to countries that will use it as we intend and not divert it into profiteering and personal corruption.   While any misdirection of foreign aid is problematic, it is particularly galling that US taxpayer money might have been going into Hunter Biden’s pocket.  Should this possibility be ignored because his father is running for President in the most corrupt political party in the history of America?

Second, Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch did not appreciate being sidelined by Volker and others.  Was this because this reduced her access to Ukraine “affluence?”

Third, Rep. Jordan showed through direct questioning that Jennifer Williams and Alex Vindman were “upset” that President Trump expected Ukraine corruption to cease.  Why was this?  How many Americans were benefitting from Ukraine “affluence?”  Who are they?

Fourth, who was the white hat in all this?  Although he did not always agree with PDJT, special envoy Kurt Volker did his job.  Using his diplomatic skills, Volker arranged a series of meetings and diplomatic contacts with President Zelensky and U.S. officials.  These were people Volker knew that President Trump respected their opinion.  The result was a restarting of the U.S-Ukraine relationship with a commitment to ending corruption.

As Rep. Jordan said, “Mr. Volker, you did your job.”  There was no question that Special Envoy Volker appreciated Jordan’s understanding of his efforts.  It is unfortunate that the Democrats are driving this man away from diplomatic service.

Amen!  Rep. Jordan, you are doing your job!

Almighty God, we pray against the spirit of lawlessness and anarchy that has permeated our government, judicial system and the media. We ask You to bring down the forces of evil and every spirit that wars against order, against peace, and against President Trump. We pray this in Jesus Name.
