Jim Jordan is a gem and a rare one at that. Jordan is a hero, he’s not afraid of anyone.
He’s got a mind like a steel trap and he’s got the truth on his side. He states the obvious. He lays it out so anyone can understand.
Now that the Ukraine hoax impeachment is disintegrating faster than a sand castle at high tide, the MSM has pivoted back to going full bore Joe McCarthy with the ridiculous nonsense that this White House is doing Putin’s bidding. This is despite the fact that this White House gave Ukraine Javelins. Javelins are tank-killing weapons. This was something that the previous White House wouldn’t do. The Obama administration had given blankets.
As Jordan points out, the MSM is bereft of common sense and fairness. They must maintain the illusion that there must be an Impeachable Offense. The MSM in their support of the Democrats’ attempt to overthrow the government can never back down no matter how ridiculous and illogical. They do this to keep the idiots fooled. Without the support of the MSM 24/7, the Democrats would not exist as a viable political party.
However, there are fewer and fewer brainwashed idiots. In the decades past we looked to our TV news stations, radio, and the daily paper to feed us the news of the day and our options at election time. We received the door-to-door mailings, newspaper ads, TV ads, radio ads, flyers, etc. to base our political decisions on. The MSM were the gatekeepers of the “facts” we received.
However, the Internet changed that. In 2016, we did our own research and we had a presidential candidate who talked to each and every one of us individually every time he sent out a tweet, held a rally, had an interview on any TV or radio show. Some may not have liked PDJT’s directness. But, his message wasn’t being filtered through the gatekeepers. Over time we came to recognize that the “facts” we were receiving from the MSM were heavily slanted in one direction. Our faith in the credibility of the media dissolved.
The result was an electoral landslide away from the “approved” candidate. The deplorables did not do what the elites, who ran the show in the past, wanted or expected. Of course, we the Deplorables must now be punished.
The Deplorables can never again be allowed to vote for a candidate who is not in control of our “betters.” PDJT must be impeached and he, his family and anyone who supports him must be destroyed.
To do this the MSM and the Democrats are now calling anyone who supports the President a member of a cult ala Jim Jones. President Donald Trump’s supporters are part of a cult and that he is a cult leader. All manner of leftists have jumped on this latest effort to discredit half the nation including Dan Rather, Ana Navarro, Brian Stelter, Dana Milbank and Joy Reid. This is just an evolution from the “Bitter Clingers” and “Deplorables” characterizations of Obama and Clinton.
They are desperate to deflect attention away from what they themselves are guilty of. Calling us racists, sexists, homophobes, etc. does not seem to carry the weight it once did. Therefore, we must be mentally deranged. This is just the first step to invalidate our right to vote. Deplorables must never again get the chance to vote for anyone other than an “approved” candidate.
Why? This Ukraine fiasco, along with the Russia fiasco, is designed to cover up Democrat crimes from the previous administration. The coup that toppled the Ukraine government in 2014 cannot be allowed into the sunlight. If the Ukraine hoax fails, another one will take its place. The only way to stop these things are indictments and convictions. The business of routing taxpayer funds from the Treasury through foreign governments and then siphoning off a portion of the funding to enrich themselves must end. No slap on the wrist. The penalties have to be severe and harsh. If not, this will happen all over again.
