The protests that started over the horrific death of George Floyd actually brought most of the country together for a moment. However, the protests are no longer about George Floyd. And they are no longer protests. They are riots. It would be appropriate for even CNN and MSNBC to use that word.
The whole thing has been taken over by anarchists who want to overthrow the government of the United States. As I had said here previously, they will try to accomplish this by any means necessary.
An example of this occurred on Sunday. The police chief of the Richmond, Virginia, said that rioters set fire to a multi-family home with a child inside. The rioters then used vehicles to block access for firefighters to get through to save the child. The chief actually breaks down reporting this.
Fortunately, police officers were able to enter the burning structure without protective equipment and execute a rescue.
This is pure evil. The looters, rioters and the people who did this aren’t doing it because some guy in Minneapolis was killed by cops. All the legal powers of law enforcement need to be brought to bear on those who are orchestrating this.
And Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer said today that the police should not be using tear gas on “peaceful protesters.” How tone deaf can one be? Has either one of them gone outside their walled estates since this started?
