“Politicians are directly responsible for the state of their police department”. That is one of the best talking points I have heard. Removal of politics in policing is necessary, now more than ever. Let cops do their job and help build community-policing relations.
This may be unsettling to hear. However, this man clearly has a rock-solid conviction in what he is saying. Thank God there are more and more people who are willing to do so.
