Charlie Kirk, president and founder of Turning Point USA, spoke at the Republican National Convention.  Kirk began his speech by warning that this election is about preserving the America of our founding fathers or eliminating all that we love about our country.

Kirk pointed out the corrupt nature of those who have led our government for so long.  He highlighted the efforts of Donald Trump to reclaim the country for its citizens.  Kirk called PDJT our bodyguard, our protector from those who would transform the country away from one of great promise.

He talked about censorship that is being exercised by those elite demigods who inhabit Silicon Valley.  Kirk also discussed other abridgements to the First Amendment.

Kirk noted,

“The American way of life is being dismantled by a group of bitter, deceitful, vengeful activists who have never built anything in their lives.”

Kirk went on to praise heroes, to call for big dreams and to achieve the impossible.  Kirk concluded with a call to be grateful to live in the US not to be angry or hateful.  This coincides well with the idea expressed by a friend of mine on many occasions.  That friend stated without reservation that he won the lottery the day he was born in this country.

Kirk’s speech is well worth 4 minutes of your time.
