Events are moving quickly now. The State of Texas has filed a lawsuit on constitutional issues directly with the Supreme Court. Eight other states have joined with Texas in this lawsuit. The Supreme Court has given the four defendant states (Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin) until 3 PM Thursday to file their responses.
In essence Texas is arguing that these states violated the Constitution in how they changed their voting procedures. Texas is also arguing that voters were harmed under the Equal Protection clause.
It should be interesting to see just what comes out for the public to see. Let’s remember that there are multiple other cases winding their way through the courts exposing the massive fraud that took place.
The fraud has been so widespread, egregious and now in the public domain that SCOTUS has some political cover. The legal arguments are based on The Constitution. But the Court needs the public to be supporting their foray into uncharted waters.
There has to be popular political pressure to give backbone to the Supreme Court and ultimately Congress. That is where “We the People” have to stand up. The good news is that is such a body of evidentiary fraud that it will be hard to ignore. Polls show that 30% of Democrats believe there was fraud. Keep this front and center and every new VERIFIED fraud should be spread far and wide.
The end result needs to be four more years for PDJT. We also need a clear adjudication of the voting machine debacle. This cannot be allowed to continue or we will lose our country.
