Censorship continues to raise its ugly head across the land.

Carolyn Maloney, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, is asking the FBI to conduct a “robust examination” of the role social media site Parler played in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, specifically whether the platform was a “potential facilitator” of planning or inciting the violence.

Once again anyone who does not toe the line and bow down before our political elites will be silenced.

And the reality here is that Parler is an existential threat to the dominance of certain media platforms.  Those platforms hate conservatives.  They cannot tolerate a place where conservatives can exchange ideas.  That would threaten their globalist ambitions.

Parler’s Board of Directors has gotten the message.  They canned John Matze, the company’s CEO, a champion of free speech.

Governor Cuomo continues to take hits over his handling of the COVID pandemic.  The New York State Health Department under Governor Andrew Cuomo’s leadership illegally withheld COVID-19 nursing home death numbers from a government watchdog group, a judge ruled Wednesday.

In a scathing 16-page decision, acting Albany Supreme Court Justice Kimberly O’Connor blasted the NY Department of Health for failing to explain why it only released the numbers of those who died in nursing homes, but not those who later died in hospitals.

“DOH does not, in the Court’s opinion, offer an adequate explanation as to why it has not responded to that request within its estimated time period or to date,” O’Connor wrote.

We all know why the DOH did not release those numbers.  It would have tarnished Cuomo’s Emmy for his handling of the crisis.

By now most of the country has heard over and over about the “near death” experience that AOC went through on January 6th when she feared for her life during the incursion into the Capitol Building.  AOC used this to demonize Republicans.  AOC passed on attending Biden’s pretend inauguration because “Republicans make her feel unsafe.”  She attacked Sen. Cruz “because he almost got her killed.”  AOC has talked about removing all Republicans from Congress because of this experience.

The problem?  AOC was not in the Capitol when the incursion occurred.  This was just another narrative designed to make AOC into some kind of heroine in her own mind.  AOC is proof of the old adage.  How do you know when a politician is lying?  His/her lips are moving.

China Joe’s DOJ has dropped its lawsuit against Yale University for engaging in racial discrimination against specific races.  The original complaint alleges that Yale discriminated against applicants to Yale College on the grounds of race and national origin, and that Yale’s discrimination imposes undue and unlawful penalties on racially-disfavored applicants, including, in particular, most Asian and White applicants.

Yale’s race and national origin discrimination were alleged to violate Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. The lawsuit was the result of a multi-year investigation into allegations of illegal discrimination contained in a complaint filed by Asian American groups concerning Yale’s conduct.

Apparently, the Biden administration is giving a big green light to discrimination in higher education against Asians and Whites once again.
