Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse from Rhode Island has decided to stir the pot once again with regards to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Whitehouse’s efforts are to try to influence the outcome of issues being litigated in the Supreme Court. The Left had eighty years where the majority of the Court were individuals who believed that the Constitution was a “living” document. Now that the Court appears to have five justices who believe in the Constitution, the Left is apoplectic that cases will be decided based on the rule of law.

Abortion, of course, is the hill Republicans know Democrats are prepared to die on, and that has been made more than clear by their relentless smear campaign against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, starting when he was a nominee for the nation’s highest court back in 2018. The Democrat assault on Kavanaugh has continued ever since, ramping up periodically as certain pro-life/abortion law cases edge ever closer to the Supreme Court.
The FBI is in the bright lights right now because of their absolutely incompetent and apparently corrupt investigation of Larry Nassar. Nassar is the physician for the USA women’s gymnastics team who has been accused multiple times of sexual assault.
Whitehouse decided to use this situation to spin another false narrative about Justice Kavanaugh.

Whitehouse spouted:
“It strikes me very strongly as we sit here today, and as we heard the powerful testimony earlier this morning, that the last time a woman came forward in this committee to testify to her allegations of sexual assault in her childhood, the witness was Christine Blasey Ford.
“It appeared to me then, and it appears to me now that her testimony was swept under the rug in a confirmation stampede. It is very possible that the FBI investigation of her allegations was just as flawed, just as constrained, just as inappropriate, as the investigation in this case.”
There are some brainwashed types who see Whitehouse’s statement as gold-plated truth. This is total BS. Whitehouse making it up as he goes along. And he knows that the media allies who are in bed with the Democrats will run with his fake news story.
There is one big reason for such stirring of the pot. Abortion cases are getting ever closer to the Supreme Court. The “right” to kill a child is coming under increasing scrutiny. The Democrats will do anything to keep the campaign donations rolling in from the big players in the abortion industry.
Whitehouse went onto label the investigation of Kavanaugh as sham. He implied that FBI Director Wray diddled while PDJT was in office.
When Wray was working for Trump, we got no answers for over a year, while Republicans got a fast lane for FBI info on Crossfire Hurricane.

Whitehouse smeared Wray when he stated that there has been an ongoing investigation for two years and that the FBI has hidden the info uncovered.
If Wray and FBI did the Kavanaugh investigation properly, I doubt they would have hidden info about it for so long. Two years now and still waiting…

What are the facts?

The simple answer to all the hyperventilating on the left and the renewed calls to investigate Kavanaugh (again) and to look into the original investigation is that the initial one that was done was actually very exhaustive, with witnesses either denying anything ever happened, saying they couldn’t remember any such alleged sexual assaults, or thoroughly discrediting themselves with their own words:
This includes Christine Blasey Ford whose story was systematically pulled apart and collapsed as soon as the confirmation hearings were over. Whitehouse talks about 4500 tips that came in. That’s true. And every Senator, all 100 of them, received a summary. There was nothing there.
A Republican senator who reviewed the FBI’s report confirms this. “There was nothing in there . . . nothing anywhere providing a shred of corroboration” of an existing allegation or a new allegation.
This also ignores the fact that Justice Kavanaugh was investigated six times as he moved up the judiciary ladder. Background checks were required at each step of the way.
The Democrats are just trying to keep the people in their base towing the party line. They will say and do anything including supporting the killing of children to keep power. As for Whitehouse, he has consistently shown himself to be a promoter of left conspiracy theories that far exceed anything seen on the right. In other words he is a conspiracy nutjob.
