Ostensibly, OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, is supposed to be a bulwark protecting the health and safety of workers in this country. Apparently not anymore. Just as with most other federal agencies, OSHA has been politicized to carry out the unconstitutional edicts of this corrupt administration.
In a dramatic shift in OSHA’s enforcement policy regarding the recordability of adverse reactions from vaccines, OSHA published a new Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) explaining that employers no longer need to report adverse reactions that their employees contract from COVID-19 vaccines.
So, worker health and safety are no longer important for this administration. Compliance with unconstitutional mandates is the overriding consideration.
Despite hundreds of thousands of adverse reactions to the vaccines around the country, OSHA does not even want to hint at “any appearance of discouraging workers” from receiving the jab. The jab injures many people. I personally know people who have suffered serious heart effects that required trips to urgent care and the use of heart monitors. But, OSHA does not wish to disincentivize employers’ efforts to compel people to get the jab.
As a result, they are no longer going to enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements that make businesses report vaccine side effects at least through May, 2022. Not enforcing the CFR’s used to be against the law. The government is now complicit with Big Pharma in killing American citizens.
Previously, OSHA had drawn a distinction between required vaccinations and those that were just recommended. A business was exempt from reporting only if the vaccine was truly voluntary.
If the vaccines were “safe and effective,” why this change in policy? If OSHA cared about saving lives, wouldn’t they want adverse reactions recorded and looked into? Once again, this administration is demonstrating that COVID and its “side effects” are just an excuse to seize more power in this country.
On the other side of the ledger, OSHA is acting to strip three GOP-led states of their ability to regulate worker safety. The problem? It is their refusal to kowtow to the federal government regarding protective measures in health care facilities. Unlike certain states in the Northeast, none of these states has had any particular problem anywhere in their states regarding outbreaks of COVID in health care facilities. So it would seem they are doing the right things.
The real problem is that they are led by governors who refuse to bow down and lick the boots of their overseers. Arizona’s governor Doug Ducey said the move is “nothing short of a political stunt and desperate power grab.”
I agree with Ducey. Juxtaposing these two stories shows just how hypocritical OSHA has become. OSHA is no longer an agency whose priority is worker safety. OSHA is just another agency that has been weaponized to achieve political objectives for this administration.
If one follows the logic in use here by OSHA, the same argument could be made for not reporting injuries from truck collisions, due to sleep deprivation. DOL, DOT, and OSHA, could cite the importance of expediting goods to market to justify expanding duty time for truckers.
Eliminating reporting of adverse effects allows the elites, OSHA included, to pretend that they do not know many things. Facts don’t matter. Logic doesn’t matter. All that matters is adhering, with fanatical, religious zeal to the core belief that they know what is best for everyone else in the country.
These people are committing crimes against humanity. This is Josef Mengele all over again. There are more than enough people dead from the vax to warrant it’s shut down. It hasn’t been. Why? In this case, money is the driving force.
The vaccine mandate has never been about your health. It is the hill. You know which one. If they succeed in forcing this on all of us, America is lost. If we back away and say that weekly testing is okay, we are done. This is a battle for freedom, plain and simple. It is a battle for the right to control what goes on with our bodies. There is no more precious freedom than that.
We must now stand our ground. Do not flinch. Do not cave into them. You are not alone. You can make a profound difference.
