A federal judge in Florida has voided the national mask mandate covering airports, planes and other public travel. The decision by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Tampa said the CDC failed to justify its decision and did not follow proper rulemaking procedures that left it fatally flawed.
In her 59-page ruling, Mizelle said the only remedy was to vacate the rule entirely across the country because it would be impossible to end it for the limited group of people who had filed the lawsuit.
After the decision was announced, the TSA announced it will no longer be enforcing Biden’s mask mandate.
Biden’s mask mandate was always arbitrary. Prior to Biden entering office, there was no mask requirement. When Biden entered office, nothing had substantively changed about the situation in the country.

The federal mask mandate was arbitrary and capricious with no justification from the CDC and no required time for the public to provide feedback. The government’s legal argument was that public feedback, comments on rulemaking, was irrelevant because the mandate was going to be enforced regardless of public opinion. That argument was summarily dispatched by the judge saying, just because the government has a pre-determined outcome in mind does not relinquish them from the obligation to follow the rules.
Note the government’s legal argument referred to above. “…public feedback…was irrelevant because the mandate was going to be enforced regardless of public opinion.” Our current government has said this out loud in legal arguments.
The public be damned. We are going to do what we want to do regardless.
The current administration is inherently evil. Psaki called the decision disappointing. Of course, it is. Masks were a visible vestige of the power that the government felt they had over all of us.
Many airlines quickly abandoned the mandate. Among them were American, Southwest, Delta, Alaska and United. Many videos circulating on the Internet show passengers and airline employees cheering the lifting of the stupid mandate. Some were not so happy.
Hopefully face freedom will continue and that we will never again be forced to cover up. The damage to young children will be felt for a long time.
Some people (I will call them pure bloods) are beginning to celebrate victory over those who destroyed life and liberty in this country. Do not confuse the Left’s ceding one battlefield for overall victory. The Left is winning. Those who value liberty and freedom are losing.
We must double down and NEVER let them do this to the world again.
