From Las Vegas, KTNV reported, “A video from a recent CCSD board meeting is now going viral on social media and making national headlines.
“Kandra Evans addressed the school board saying her 15-year-old daughter was given a pornographic assignment.
“Evans says her daughter was required to memorize the pornographic content and then recite it in front of her entire class.
“CCSD board members then stopped the public comment over the explicit language.”
A school board member said, “This is a public meeting. I ask for decorum.”
Evans replied, “If you don’t want me to read it to you, what was it like for my 15-year-old daughter to have to memorize pornographic material?”
They cut off her microphone.
So much for public comment on what goes on in the classroom. Is it time to end the public school system in this country?
Turkey is holding up Sweden and Finland’s entry into NATO. I wonder how much of a bribe it will take? They should consult Hunter and his dad on that!
Viktor Orbán was sworn in as Prime Minister of Hungary for the fifth time. And it was a real election not a fraud like we saw here in 2020.
Via the RAIR Foundation, he told those at the ceremony, “We will continue to defend our borders and will not allow migrants in. We will protect our families and not let gender activists into our schools. In Hungary, a father shall be a man, a mother a woman, and our children shall be left alone.”
He also said, “We make no secret of the fact that we also want to give hope to others: hope that the Christian outlook on life, love of country, and national pride – in other words, national politics – are not things of the past but of the future. Thirty years ago, we thought that Europe was our future; today, we think that we are Europe’s future. Let us feel the weight of our responsibility.”
I like this guy. Orban is not afraid to call out the witches and warlocks who run the rest of Europe.
DeSantis wins again.
Textbook publishers are caving to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and removing Critical Race Theory and other “woke” lessons from their materials to meet the state’s standards.
Parents have rights. DeSantis is recognizing those rights.
Look for the Biden administration to try to execute some type of legal action against parents who speak out against the lunacy in the schools.
How long does Biden have?
This is not good for the administration. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has released reports that squarely place the rate of inflation on President Biden’s stimulus efforts. The CBO said that Biden’s preferred “fix,” higher taxes, will only make things worse.
The CBO’s annual report notes that the stimulus checks sent to Americans in 2021 significantly boosted demand, causing inflationary pressure. The report also notes that Biden’s COVID stimulus artificially “slowed the recovery of labor force participation” by paying workers not to work. The continued lack of employees has strained supply chains, creating an additional source of upward pressure on consumer prices.
Well, this is a surprise. A common sense report from a government agency. Will wonders never cease?
