Bipartisan Censorship

If one ever doubted that the UniParty exists, the events of the last week should bury that doubt forever.  On March 1st, Chuck Schumer (D-NY) Senate majority leader, and Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), the House minority leader, called for Tucker Carlson, et al, to be made to bow down and back away from the Big Lie that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.  This was a direct attack on the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights.

On March 7th, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) joined with them blasting Tucker Carlson and Fox News for “misrepresenting” the events of January 6th.

This is akin to the message of “Don’t believe your lying eyes.”  As George Orwell said in 1984, “The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears.  It was their final, most essential command.”  This is what the elite members of the UniParty are saying to the American public.

The surveillance footage of the January 6th events was hidden from the public.  Why?  Tucker Carlson via Kevin McCarthy is showing us why.  The elite politicians thought they would control what the public was allowed to see.  The public is now seeing an entire different story about January 6th.

Both Schumer and Jeffries talked about “attacks on democracy.”  The only attacks on democracy have come from those who keep spouting such drivel.  Pelosi engaged in the biggest fabrication story of the century when she formed the Unselect J6 Committee.  That is now being exposed nightly.

McConnell is part of this story.  A year ago, McConnell said,

“We all were here. We saw what happened. It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election, from one administration to the next. That’s what it was.”

McConnell is being made out to be a liar.  His reaction and that of Schumer and Jeffries is borne out of fear. Fear is driving the need to smear people who are telling the truth to power.  Fear is driving the need to censor anything and everything that does not align with the approved narrative.

It is interesting to note that now McConnell seems to be beginning to try to deflect the spotlight from himself.  Specifically, McConnell said:

It was a mistake, in my view, for Fox News to depict (January 6th) in a way that’s completely at variance with what our chief law enforcement official here at the Capitol thinks.”

So now, it is not a violent insurrection that he experienced.  He was only told that it was by Capitol police.  This shows that McConnell is as slippery and deceptive as they come.

It is time for a major housecleaning in Washington DC.  It is time for the American people to drain the swamp.
