Democrats & Children

The Democrats want full control over the nation’s children.  They need this control in order to control how those children will vote once they grow up.  The public schools are the main mechanism for subverting the values that parents may inculcate in their children.  Any impediment to this control such as laws that give parents more control over their children’s education. must be categorized as evil, fascist, etc.

This week, House Republicans passed a bill to give parents more control over the education of their children by increasing transparency.  Immediately Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer has called the bill Orwellian. Why?

Don’t parents have every right to know what their children are being exposed to in schools?  According to Chuck Schumer that is not the case.  And he has promised that parents will never see that right become law.

Why is the Left so invested in removing parents from having any influence in their children’s lives?  It couldn’t be that they want to force perversion on children without the parents knowing, could it?

Parents have a God-given right to make decisions for their children.  Many schools have been ignoring the rights of parents and, at the same time, have been trying to criminalize parents objecting to the curriculum.  The current administration has aided and abetted this attempt to criminalize with the aborted efforts by the DOJ to open domestic terrorism cases against such parents.

The bill passed the House but is unlikely to receive even a look in the Senate since Schumer controls what legislation reaches the floor there.

In Oregon Democrats have introduced legislation that would allow minors to get abortions or sex changes WITHOUT their parents’ knowledge or permission.  The measure is known The Reproductive Health and Access to Care Act.

“Someone I know and love, someone you know and love, may need an abortion or gender-affirming care someday,” Democratic House Speaker Dan Rayfield said of the measure, “People should have the right to make their own decisions on their own health care with medical professionals, without fear of harm.”

Where was this rhetoric when the mRNA therapy mandates were coming down?

I certainly agree that adults should have the right to make their own health care decisions.  This applies to those who may have mental conditions that are leading them to such extreme results.  However, children who are mentally disturbed should not have that right.  No “gender-affirming” care should be permitted for children until they are adults.

In Virginia, the pro-trans Democratic group has promised to help “gender-confused” students leave their families and will help them to find a new home with queer friendly guardians.  Are these people engaging in child sex trafficking?

In California, legislation (AB 665) has been introduced by Democrat Wendy Carrillo that would allow therapists to send a gender-confused child to a residential shelter facility without due process or parental knowledge.  The usual fear porn was present.  This bill would help protect trans children from suicide.  Here’s the problem with that.  Transgenders of all ages attempt suicide at a rate that is 20 times the rate for non-trans people.  This includes those whose transition has been celebrated.  Removing children from their parents is unlikely to change that.

Erin Friday, co-leader of Our Duty, called out the blatant far-left fascism rampant throughout the legislation, pointing out that the language claiming to protect children from suicide is merely a front for allowing California to criminalize parents and remove their ability to raise their kids.

Friday noted:

“The parents will have no idea what happened to their child. Imagine their fear and anxiety. These parents are criminalized without an accusation, evidence or trial.

California can steal all of the rights of the parents, and hand over medical and mental health decisions to a child whom we do not entrust with any other major decision.”

It is the goal of the Democrats to destroy the family structure.  One lawmaker in South Dakota went so far as to say the two-parent home where there is a mother and a father is un-American.

Democratic South Dakota state Rep. Erin Healy suggested that idealizing the traditional two-parent married household is “dangerous” and “un-American” in a Monday tweet.  Healy was rebuking Family Heritage Alliance’s claim that a home with a married mother and father was the safest place for a child.

I guess Healy’s upbringing may have been suspect.

It is way past time for parents to take back control over their children’s lives.  Let the schools know that they will be held accountable for what goes on in the classroom.
