For those who have been following the course of Congressional hearings about the evil that exists in Washington, most know that Devon Archer is supposed to testify about that evil on Monday.  Archer was Hunter Biden’s business associate in a number of schemes.  Archer has been convicted of fraud although appeals are pending on that.

On the eve of his testimony, mysteriously the DOJ from the Southern District of New York asks Judge Ronnie Abrams to schedule a date for Archer to report to prison in an unrelated case.  This is the one where there are appeals pending.  If the SDNY was attempting to threaten or intimidate Archer in advance of his testimony, this is the path they would take.  The timing of the letter on the weekend before the testimony looks transparently motivated.

James Comer of the House Oversight Committee noted:

“I don’t know if this is a coincidence, Maria, or if this is another example of the weaponization of the Department of Justice. But I can tell you this, the lengths to which the Biden legal team has gone to try to intimidate our witnesses, to coordinate with the Department of Justice, and to certainly coordinate with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, to encourage people not to cooperate with our investigation, to encourage banks not to turn over bank records, to encourage Treasury not to let have access to those suspicious activity reports, It’s very troubling. I believe that this is another violation of the law. This is obstruction of justice.”

The DOJ is now scrambling to let the world know that their request was really not intended to intimidate a congressional witness just a few hours before the testimony.

The warning was clear.  Being “Epstein’ed” is the next stop.  Seems like a threat of personal bodily harm. Sounded quite serious and the backtrack was disingenuous.

The weaponization of the DOJ has become the #1 topic in our national discussion.  And there does not seem to be anybody in the DOJ that actually realizes that.  There’s no one in the room to say, ‘hey guys, um, hold up – this looks like weaponization, targeting and witness intimidation‘, because they really are weaponizing, targeting and intimidating witnesses.

At some point, you have to wonder whether all of these DOJ actions will reach such a crescendo that the courts will just start beating the DOJ to death.  What they’re doing – the runaway criminality – is so over the top.

It doesn’t take really any significant intelligence to understand that there is a widespread coordinated effort to intimidate not just witnesses but ANY political opposition to the regime.

The operation of the DOJ as a political tool was an idea spawned by Eric Holder / Barry Obama and should be the number one priority concern of all U.S. citizens.  Anyone who opposes the regime will become a target.

Everyone needs to start speaking up.  There are more of us than there are of them.
