The Great American Awakening

A major announcement was made on Friday, August 22nd in Greenville, Texas, at the 1A Film Fest.  The announcement was made by Micki Witthoeft.  Who is Micki Witthoeft?  She is Ashli Babbitt’s mom.  The announcement?  The United States Air Force reinstated her daughter’s military honors, meaning that she would finally be able to have a military funeral and ceremony.

For those who may have forgotten, Ashli Babbitt was an Air Force veteran, who gave 14 years of her life in service to our country.  Babbitt was deployed overseas at least eight times to places like Afghanistan and Iraq. She also worked at the Pentagon.

She was a patriot who loved her country only to have her service stripped away by the corrupt and vile Biden Regime after she was shot and killed on January 6, 2021, inside the Nation’s Capital, by a Capitol Police officer.  This was state-sanctioned murder.

Babbitt’s murder created a big problem for the Democratic coup plotters.  Babbitt was not a threat to anyone. Babbitt was an unarmed woman and had attempted to stop a protester named Zachary Alam from damaging property.  This info was in the alternate media stream (see Taylor Hansen in particular) and there was some video attesting to this.  Babbitt had voted for Obama although her friends in the military had indicated to the FBI that she was not political.

Jack Cashill notes:

Hoping to find some seditionist dirt on Ashli, FBI agents opened an investigation on her the day after her death. They had no luck. As her friend told the interviewer, Ashli “loved her family and loved her country.”

This was just the beginning of the concerted efforts to smear the life of Ashli Babbitt.  The danger to the Democratic plan for January 6th was that Babbitt would become a martyr.  The public had to be “informed” that domestic terrorists had tried to overthrow the government and that these terrorists were white supremacists.  Of course, this ignores the fact people of all races and creeds had attended the J6 event.

Cashill notes:

Washington, DC, is an overwhelmingly Democratic city. For the six years preceding January 6, 2021, its residents consumed a steady stream of leftist media libeling Trump as racist. When his supporters descended on the Capitol, more than a few police officers imagined themselves at war with neo-Nazis and white supremacists and responded in kind.

In the wake of that event, President Biden continued to spread this monstrous propaganda. “The violent, deadly insurrection on the Capitol nine months ago,” he said in October 2021, “it was about white supremacy, in my opinion.”

…Echoing the themes of Biden’s libelous propaganda, journalists set their sights on Ashli Babbitt. Their goal was to smear Ashli with the taint of racism lest anyone speak of her as a martyr. Fewer than twenty-four hours after Ashli’s death, the New York Times took the lead. “A dead or injured white woman—even the illusion of one—has always been a powerful symbol on the far right,” wrote Seyward Darby, “a rallying cry for people to stand up and act to preserve their contorted notions of honor, liberty and purity.”

This is just one example of how vile these people were.  There were many others that smeared Ashli’s memory.  This all started within twenty fours of her murder.

Ashli was no radical.  In fact, a Defense Department publication had done a piece on her when she was about to depart on her 8th deployment overseas.  Ashli served as a mentor to young airmen on their first deployment overseas.  Ashli was quoted,

“The newer airmen have been coming to us and asking about the living conditions, the weather, the gear, the schedule, how we work as teams, the hours we work,” Ashli told the interviewer. “As we have a large amount of first timers deploying with us, I think we can offer comfort and knowledge.”

Clearly the story of an unarmed woman being shot to death was going to be a big hurdle to overcome.  The plotters caught a break.  On January 7th, Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died from what would later be revealed as two strokes.  Someone made the decision to tie Sicknick’s death with the rumored death of a police officer by fire extinguisher.

The NYTimes blamed Sicknick’s death on pro-Trump rioters.  The Times even added this clearly fraudulent detail.  Sicknick had been rushed to the hospital with a bloody gash on his head.  In concert with this deception, the medical examiner would not release his report for more than three months after Sicknick’s death.  The fable of Sicknick’s death is probably the most well-known narrative about January 6th.

And it worked at least for a while.  Ashli’s story faded from the news cycle.  However, her mother Micki became activated.  She refused to allow the memory of her daughter to fade away as some terrorist.  She came to DC and stood up for those unfairly incarcerated in the DC gulag.  Micki continued to fight for the values that Ashli had stood up for.

Babbitt was denied her military honors and did not receive a military funeral. Ashli certainly had earned and deserved that.  Ashli had done nothing to dishonor her service to her country.  Micki and Aaron Babbitt, Ashli’s husband, were unable to find any funeral home that would perform services for this American Hero. Not being able to give her a proper funeral because of the libel by the government, they wound up scattering her ashes in the sea, with no military service for Ashli.

At least at this point that dishonor has been rectified.  Ashli’s full military honors have been re-instated.  A military funeral is now possible.

How will Ashli Babbitt be seen going forward?

Jack Cashill:

The memory of Ashli Babbitt will live on in different light.  In the years to come, God willing, hers will the face of the Great American Awakening, an awakening commemorated every year on the anniversary of the day the nation’s patriots risked their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to rouse the rest of us to action, the Feast of the Epiphany, January 6, 2021.

Amen and may Ashli rest in peace.

She was unarmed and shot through a locked door with police with in a few feet from her. They could have easily taken her down if needed. She did not have to get shot through a locked door. In a lot of states that would be murder! Happy to hear that she is getting the honored she deserves but i would like for someone to be held accountable!
