The arguments have been made and now it is up to the Supreme Court to decide if people sneaking into the country to have a baby grants that baby American citizenship. Again, I will not attempt to even guess how SCOTUS will rule.
What I did find interesting was a key question that Justice Alito asked.
If anyone who sneaks into the U.S. illegally can have a child here and automatically grant that child American citizenship — with full rights and no allegiance required — then who really controls who becomes a citizen?
The country… or the people who break our laws to get here?
Does America have the sovereign right to decide its own future or has the 14th Amendment been twisted into some gross technicality that collapses control over who can be a citizen?

The Democrats denounced him for this. Then Trump agreed to a ceasefire. The Democrats did a violent reversal and denounced him for not wiping out Iran’s civilization. They used their favorite epithet on him, TACO.
It’s tough being a Democrat these days when your only position on anything is to be anti-Trump.
Ragin’ Raskin (D-MD) is demanding that PDJT take a cognitive test. This is the same person who said that Joe Biden was as sharp as a tack. Perhaps a cognitive test is in order for Ragin’ Raskin.
CBSColorado has tweeted, “Hundreds of Colorado business leaders call for action as nearly 100 companies leave the state.”
Hmmm.
Probably the best thing here is to call for voting differently. Vote blue no matter who caused the problems. (sarc)
