Winning

It was been a most interesting week and it is not over yet.  There is so much winning going on that it is hard to know where to start.

Federal agents surprise-raided twenty-two locations in Minneapolis this week, targeting many individuals with “ties to the Somali community.” Including, shockingly, the Quality Learing Center.  It should be noted that they recently replaced the old sign with a new one with the correct spelling for learning.

This news made it into WaPo.  Federal officials had fistfuls of search warrants. “Today the FBI, with federal, state and local law enforcement, is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation,” a spokesman for the Justice Department said in a statement.

Minnesota’s last Feeding Our Future fraud probe produced $250M+ in charges. This wave looks even bigger.

Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins dropped a bombshell this week, revealing that in one single red state, fourteen thousand people on food stamps were also driving cars like Maseratis and Porsches that most ordinary taxpayers cannot afford.

How was this exposed?   It was so simple. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) created software linking car registration data to welfare rolls to automatically flag these kinds of unimaginable ‘discrepancies.’

On another front the U.S. Geological Survey announced a massive discovery of one of the most valuable minerals in the modern era —lithium— in the southern Appalachians. They’ve found an estimated 2.3 million metric tons of the stuff, enough to power 130 million electric vehicles and replace 328 years of U.S. imports.

This will completely restructure the global lithium market and shift it in our favor. Lithium prices will fall, just based on the announcement itself— long before a single gram emerges from the ground.

Thousands of Appalachian voters are switching their voter registrations en masse from Democrat to Republican.  They recognize who is delivering for America.

In a massive geopolitical earthquake, the United Arab Emirates announced it is leaving OPEC. Coincidentally, this happened just days after the UAE negotiated currency swap lines with the U.S. Treasury. In other words, Trump did a deal.

I would expect that this is a death knell for OPEC.  Other oil-producing and exporting countries will want to manage their own oil without the restrictions of OPEC.

The FCC has brought Disney and with them Jimmy Kimmel in for a discussion on broadcast licenses.  Long overdue in my opinion.  It will be interesting to see where this goes.  Kimmel’s contract is up next year.

James Comey was indicted by a North Carolina grand jury for threats against PDJT.  The DOJ convinced a grand jury in North Carolina that “a reasonable recipient who is familiar with the circumstances would interpret” the image posted online by Comey “as a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the President of the United States.”  Comey pretended to be a victim of retribution.

A former senior advisor to Anthony Fauci has been INDICTED for his role in the COVID-19 coverup This guy might throw Anthony Fauci under the BUS.  David Morens and his co-conspirators (unidentified at this point) FALSIFIED records in an effort to SUPPRESS the lab-leak theory, and used his personal Gmail account rather than his NIH email in order to avoid being FOIA’d.  Fauci might just be next!

Bloomberg is reporting on another investigation against Comey for leaking classified documents to his friend and special government employee, Daniel Richman.  It is not clear at this time which Federal Court will have jurisdiction.

The evidence of this leaking operation is solid, very solid.  The only defense James Comey holds in this matter is to claim his memos were not ‘classified’ material.  That defense probably fails based on the Mar-a-Lago case in Judge Cannon’s court room in Florida.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the government position that any documents defined as “classified” by the executive branch (then Biden) that claimed, “national security,” should not be disclosed to the defendant, Donald Trump.  The court of appeals essentially determined that all definitions by the executive branch, are not questionable by the judicial branch.

This precedent now applies to James Comey’s memos.  If the DOJ/FBI/IC define the Comey memos as classified documents because they specifically pertain to private discussions with President Donald Trump about ongoing security matters and Russia, then the Comey memos are legally classified information – regardless of what James Comey says about them.

Let’s be reminded that leaking classified documents does not have a statute of limitations issue.

If James Comey is indicted for leaking the “Comey memos” suddenly the door opens wide to see how the Robert Mueller appointment was a coordinated ongoing ‘conspiracy’ effort to target Donald Trump.  More on that in the future.

More winning.  The Supreme Court ruled in Louisiana -vs Callais that congressional districts drawn by considering race are an unconstitutional gerrymander.  Race should not be a consideration in the drawing of district boundaries.  The Democrats could lose many seats in the House if majority minority districts are no longer allowed.

This decision could have wide ranging results.  There could be significant changes in the composition of state delegations in the House if such districting is abandoned as it should be.  Louisiana has delayed their primaries while they consider how to redistrict their state.

In Vermont, a Christian school has settled for a huge payout from the state school principals’ association over the VPA’s forced “transgender” agenda for schools.   In 2023 after school officials had a basketball team withdraw when faced with sending their girls out to face a male on the opposing team, the VPA retaliated.

The school was banned not just from sports, but from all events sanctioned by the Vermont Principals’ Association, to include science fairs, math fairs, drama competitions, debate contests and much more for two years.

Last year a ruling from the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered that the school be reinstated while the case continued. And ultimately a settlement was reached.

WorldNetDaily previously reported the 2nd Circuit found VPA officials likely “displayed hostility toward the school’s religious beliefs.”

The reported settlement is for $566,000.  Is it time to restructure the VPA?

In Europe, in a stunning blow to the radical green agenda that has crippled Europe for years, Belgium has just dropped a bombshell: The government has sealed a landmark deal with ENGIE to take full control of the country’s nuclear fleet and restart it completely.

All dismantling work? Halted immediately. No more suicidal shutdowns. No more bowing to EU climate zealots.

This is a full-throated commitment to safe, affordable, low-carbon, reliable energy that actually keeps the lights on without begging Russia, China, or the Middle East for scraps.

On the home front, in a HUGE victory for the Second Amendment, the DOJ and the ATF announced this week they are unleashing 34 notices of final and proposed rulemaking to slash the mountain of Biden-era red tape strangling gun owners and Federal Firearms Licensees.

The move follows a top-to-bottom review of ATF regulations ordered by President Trump’s Executive Order 14206, “Protecting Second Amendment Rights.”

In what has to be karma, the SPLC who tried to weaponize Donor Advised Funds to cut off groups on its politicized Hate Watch lists, now it is cut off after federal indictment.  Two of the country’s largest sponsors of donor-advised funds, Vanguard and Fidelity, have cut off the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Right now, for SPLC it’s a rounding error, but if it escalates into states suspending SPLC’s right to solicit, that would be financially a lot more serious.  It may be time to get some popcorn.

That’s all the winning I have time for today.  But, it is always interesting to see what drops on Fridays.
