Tom Homan has weighed in the absurdity of the Democrats’ open borders policy and what it was designed to accomplish. Keeping the border open was not incompetence as some observers have claimed. The policy was a long-term effort to turn the country into a one party country.
During the OBiden administration, most elite politicians sat silent while millions of aliens flooded the country. Now, when the Trump administration is enforcing the law, we are hearing all kinds of screams about the inhumanity of it all.
Homan:

The design was simple and straight forward. As Homan explains it, was a three-step play.
Step one: 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. But not just sanctuary cities. Release them into the interior of the country to change the political dynamics of flyover country.
Step two: Ensure that illegal aliens would be counted in the 2030 census by overturning Trumps’ census rule from his first term. More bodies counted means more congressional representation in Democrat-run districts.
Homan:

This was part of Obama’s plan to fundamentally transform America. That transformation destination was one party rule by the Communists Democrats.
Step three: Play the long game. Hope a future Democratic administration returns and grants 𝐚𝐦𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐬, converting them into a permanent voting bloc. China would love to see this. Individual freedom and liberty are not high on China’s list.

The open border policy was not a failure of the OBiden administration. It was the plan to acquire permanent political power all along. Having a puppet at the top of the power structure made it easier to push this approach. If anything went wrong, they could just blame Biden. Biden was a disposable piece in this scheme until he decided that he was not going to leave.
The SAVE America Act needs to be passed now. The farce of a primary election that just took place in California shows just how rotten the election process is.
