Let’s think about this for a second. 204 members of the House decided that this pledge was a bridge too far for them. This was not a vote on a legislative item. This was not a vote on a spending bill. It was just three short sentences affirming what they took an oath to defend.
God help us if the Democrats ever get back in power.
