Why does President Trump face such over-the-top hostility with every move he makes? In particular, why has his highly successful economic program faced such fierce resistance? The results have proven the critics completely wrong.
Let’s be reminded that Trump is a builder. The answer lies in what Trump is doing—and what he’s undoing. Trump is not just swinging a wrecking ball. He has a blueprint and Its name is the American System.
What is the American System? This was Alexander Hamilton’s system. It emphasized the government’s role in in the economy by seeing to it that barriers to foreign dumping of cheap goods existed, that credit was available at reasonable rates and that the necessary physical infrastructure exists.
It was unique to America because it was rooted in a fundamental view of humanity that was different than any government before America. Every American is citizen, “endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights.” Our founding documents says that those rights have been given by our Creator to do good in the world.
This system is different than the British system which is based on exploitation of other countries and peoples. Globalization is just the latest expression of that system. And that system has existed in our country for too long.

The British System has hollowed out our industry so that we are no longer self-sufficient. We could never have won World War II if this had happened a hundred years ago.

Trump and his team are upending the British System. Manufacturing is returning to this country. That is outstanding. Why? Because when one builds things, it turns out areas that do so, get awfully good at designing things. This is what made America great and will again if PDJT and his team can return America to the system of economics that made the country the greatest in the world.
