DataRepublican has continued to release data that was gleaned from a Google public link detailing the planning going on to try to end the Constitutional structure of our country.
๐จ๐จTHE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 2: WHEN AND HOW TO DECLARE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ILLEGITIMATE ๐จ Some questioned whether a group of 200 ex-USAID officials could actually pull off their ambitions to rewrite the Constitution. Here, they describe exactly how it works. They aren’t working alone. The videos all come from Renew to Thrive (R2T) group and associates. Danielle Reiff and Paul Zeitz play key roles within R2T. R2T sits inside a much, much larger umbrella called United Democracy Alliance (UDA), which is an extremely hush-hush control plane of leaders from major “blocking” NGOs such as 50501 and Indivisible fulfilling various functions. UDA decides when protests get deployed, timelines, how to respond, all that. R2T’s role within UDA is concerned with “the day after tomorrow” – in other words, their function is to conceive what a rewritten American government will look like after the rest of UDA fulfills its purpose. As will be shown, Erica Chenoworth is credited with conceiving UDA in the first place under the Horizons “Big Tent” initiative. Note here that National Security Leaders for America (NSL4A) is credited for operationalizing UDA. NSL4A is a group of 1,600 ex-military, intelligence, and diplomatic officials. They are led by Rear Admiral Michael E. Smith (Ret). NSL4A also played a key role in the “illegal orders” messaging which targeted Pete Hegseth. Zeitz is also a member of NSL4A. It must be emphasized that the choice of a military-oriented organization to coordinate NGOs across domestic protests is an interesting one all in itself – especially in an umbrella conceived by a regime change expert like Chenoworth. You will have a hard time finding any mentions of UDA in the public. They are extremely hush-hush and selective who they talk to. Mike Smith himself makes a personal appearance in other calls, coordinating Insurrection Act exercises and roleplaying with R2G as one of the participants. As the audio transcript shows, they have outlined a sequence of “redlines” in which case the federal government should be declared illegitimate. Invoking the Insurrection Act against “peaceful” protesters is one of the most discussed redlines. I will post the illegitimate criteria below, but basically, almost any effective pushback against NGOs is a measure of illegitimacy according to them. Important to understand: The audio shows they shopped this idea around governors, but the reality is that governors do not have to explicitly sign on to the pact to play their role in the coup. All they have to do is refuse troops in their state and let UDA / R2G do the work of dissolving the federal government.

The criteria were scraped from the thousands of documents that were recovered through the Google public link.ย These people always dress up their efforts in beautiful wording to try to distract the reader from the reality of what they are saying.

In plain language.ย If you investigate election fraud, you are illegitimate.ย It doesnโt matter how much fraud you uncover, doing this makes you illegitimate.ย 20,000 ballots mailed to illegal aliens must be ignored.ย Yes, this is happening right now in one county in California.ย What is the effect on the elections there if this is allowed?ย These people are implying that state law trumps federal law, that the federal government has no say in who votes for individuals running for the House or Senate.
Letโs be reminded that when these people say โdemocracy,โ they are not talking about a legitimate government but rather their unelected selves.
One concerned observer took the time to create an infographic.

They are talking tearing the entire constitution apart. They intend to subvert the existing process to reframe it in their own making. No wonder governors wonโt touch it or want someone else to take the lead. This is sedition.
DataRepublican Part three:
THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 3: AMERICA GETS THE FOREIGN-INTERVENTION TREATMENT At what point does this become foreign interference of our elections? To back up: the main group that Danielle Reiff and the other ex-USAID workers belongs to, Renew To Thrive (R2T) / Renew American Democracy (RAD) have an explicit strategy document. That strategy outlines “preparing for the worst” which includes the Insurrection Act or “election meltdown,” and their goal is to get “structural reform” in place by that – a polite way of saying our Constitutional Republic has to be overhauled. In July 2026, R2T/RAD invited foreign state actors to share experience with the American community, for the express purpose of operationalizing their expertise right here in the United States. All actors had experience in international community assisted transitions (I’ll let you figure out what that is a code word for). The disturbing part, though, is that all of the foreign actors’ recommendations were implemented right here in America. You may have seen news headlines like: – Restore trust in processes – Increased election security, increased legal presence at polls – Democratic officials hold tabletop exercises – Judges prepare for post-election challenges To be clear, this video doesn’t prove that this meeting specifically caused this cascade of escalations. But what it shows is that the democracy-promotion playbook the U.S. spent decades exporting, with situation rooms, observers at every polling place, prebunking and litigation paired with street mobilization, is now being run on America’s own election. The same people are running it, and they’re taking advice from the foreign actors the U.S. once backed. Now when you look at officials talking about independent watchdogs or tabletop exercises… know that it’s because they are now treating the United States midterms exactly the same as they’d treat elections in a third world country. And I think more than a small part of them are hoping that it does become a self-fulfilling prophecy as it has in so many of those countries. (For context, my book Unelected documents that so-called “election meltdowns” are precursors to transitions of power via color revolution.)

The Democrats have been running this playbook throughout the year.ย First, they try to create the idea that legal voters will be turned away or will be afraid to vote if ICE is anywhere near voting places.ย Of course, ICE is not seeking Americans but rather illegal aliens.ย So, as long as Americans are voting there should not be a problem.
But this is a problem for the Democrats because they depend on illegal voting to win elections.ย If illegal aliens are afraid to show up at the polls, then the Democrats will receive fewer votes.ย Since many Democrats have built their campaigns around hating Trump instead of real issues, they have little to fall back on.ย Their policy vault is empty.
Election rigging has reached new heights in many places.ย In Cook County in Illinois, Dominion voting machines are critiquing voters as they vote.ย A woman tried to vote for a Republican judge and the machine issued a message saying, โMost people are not voting for this candidate.โ
Then there is the confidential memo that preps Democrats to fight a midterm loss before it happens.
MA Rothman notes:
Journalist Natalie Winters obtained it this week: a ๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค from Protect Democracy, a group co-founded by two former Obama White House lawyers, pushed out to state legislators nationwide by a network called the State Innovation Exchange.
The guide doesn’t talk about winning votes. It lays out ๐ฌ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐ฌ๐๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฌ for what happens after the votes are cast โ poll intimidation, federal investigations, seizures of ballots and machines, fights over counting, mass ballot challenges, refusals to certify โ and a scripted response for each one, built around a three-part framework its own authors call Deceive, Disrupt, Deny.
The instructions include coaching community members ahead of time on which grand jury cases to reject, and a directive to ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ any federal election investigation as intimidation meant to overturn the result โ before a single fact is known. The guide is explicit about why: โ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต ๐ง๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ด ๐ธ๐ช๐ต๐ฉ ๐ง๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ด, ๐ธ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ด๐ฆโ, it reads. So it instructs them not to.
The same memo claims to want a free and fair election with nothing to hide. But it also recommends organizing “mass peaceful mobilizations” in case the results come back wrong, while red and blue states alike are still fighting the Justice Department in court over something as basic as
Understand what is being said here.ย Reject the results first before the facts are in.ย And this is โprotecting democracy?โ
Then there is Minnesota.

The DOJ is reviewing the felony charges Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty filed against James OโKeefe and Cam Higby. Asked whether it would examine the case as possible retaliation against protected investigative journalism, a DOJ spokesperson answered:
Both men were charged on Wednesday with unlawful voting and identity theft. The charges stem from an August video in which OโKeefe, dressed in a full burqa, and Higby walked into Minneapolis polling places with hidden cameras to test Minnesotaโs voter-vouching law. The complaints that are public do not allege that either man cast a ballot.
Prosecutors are alleging that the pair misrepresented their identities to get ballots. But the video shows them discussing their aim of drawing attention to Minnesotaโs vouching law, which lets one registered voter vouch for up to eight others. And Moriarity herself said it was pretty clear that they did not intend to vote.ย So who brought pressure on Moriarity to file charges?
OโKeefe made it clear in the video that they were trying to show just how ridiculous Minnesotaโs vouching law is.ย Now the DOJ is weighing
This looks like a clear case of blocking action.ย Blocking actions include the filing of lawsuits in order to suppress activities that would expose the operation.ย It also exposes the Democratsโ lack of respect for the freedom of the press when the outcome of such activities casts an unfavorable light on what they are doing.ย If people become fearful of whistle blowing, then the illicit operation can proceed more easily and with less concern for being exposed.
Once again, the mantra is that the Democrats are fighting for โfree and fair elections.โย How can an election be fair if non-citizens can just walk and be given a ballot?
