Color Revolution – Part 4

No Comments on Color Revolution – Part 4

In the previous posts, we laid a ground work for understanding how people in our government used various techniques to undermine legitimate governments in other countries which were disfavored by our own government.  Such disfavoring might be a perception of a country that was too authoritarian.  Perhaps the country’s leaders were friendly with the “wrong” people.

Supposedly the narrative was these actions “protecting democracy.”  This seems to be a catchall phrase that makes everything they do okay.  However, their track record has been muddy at best.

DataRepublican (small r), a deaf software engineer with a following on X, has uncovered what appears to be a plot to do the same thing in this country.  The volume of material (over 300 gigabytes) was uncovered through a Google public link.  The material paints a chilling picture of what was being planned.

DataRepublican:

Here’s the primer:

USAID, the foreign aid agency, had a democracy office. Inside the agency, it was called DRG.

Officially, DRG administered “democracy assistance.” They’d go inside countries they thought were sliding into authoritarianism and help the opposition there. That assistance included election monitoring, judiciary support, independent media, and civil society building.

You may have heard the term “color revolution.” The model comes from Serbia in 2000, where trained student activists brought down Milosevic with the help of Western governments, after sustained protests. With the help of USAID’s democracy office, this model was implemented in many other countries to topple governments: Georgia’s “Rose Revolution” in 2003, Ukraine’s “Orange Revolution” in 2004, and many more.

Then last year, DOGE shut down USAID. But the USAID democracy office didn’t stop. They formed a group called the Democracy Renewal Group, the same initials as their office (USAID Democracy, Human Rights, Governance). Their goal: apply their own playbook to the United States itself.

So, the people who had been undermining governments overseas now turned their attention to our government.  Of course, they were already active if somewhat suppressed during Trump’s first administration.  An obstacle with USAID shut down was money.  People who were used to having a significant bankroll available had to be funded in other ways.

DataRepublican:

This goal became a plan, called Renew American Democracy (RAD). It invoked the “4 B’s” framework. Block – use lawfare and protests to make life harder for the Trump administration. Bridge & Belong – control dialogue and win people over. The final and most important B is Build. Build means redesigning the American government itself, and the crisis is the opening.

In their own words: “We can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, you know, refounding moment.” – Danielle Reiff, DRG lead.

Calls show DRG working alongside DSA on ideas of creating a different government, one that does away with the Constitution itself.

DRG does not run the Block operations. They hand it to UDA, the United Democracy Alliance. One organizer calls it a “huge galaxy”: lawsuits, street protests, non-cooperation. They list No Kings, Indivisible, MoveOn, 50501, and many other mega-activist NGOs among their members.

Another organizer calls UDA Erica Chenoweth’s project. Chenoweth is the Harvard professor behind the three-and-half-percent rule of regime change: get that share of a country’s populace onto the streets, and historically, the movement wins.

The UDA is very “hush-hush.” They have no website, no roster, no filings.

One can be sure that these people know that the line for sedition is one that they are close to or have already stepped over.  It is clear that the people running UDA know this which is why one cannot find a “paper” trail for them.

These people have enormous help from Big Media who paint everything this administration does as being somehow bad.  Theyb also get a big boost from the Communists Democrats who continue to brand everyone to the right of Mao as being the re-incarnation of Hitler and the Nazis.

The “Protect Democracy” crew has defined their own red lines that, in their mind, would trigger a constitutional crisis.  These red lines were defined within secret sessions with no public debate.  Cross such a line and, in their own words, such action “crosses the threshold into illegitimacy.”  These people expect that the media would amplify whatever fake narrative they put out.

One can see this operation in action in connection with the operations of ICE.  The blocking operations are very real.  Paid agitators, and yes there are those who have publicly admitted being paid, would rile up the brainwashed to interfere with ICE operations which is decidedly illegal.  When officers pushed back with necessary force to stop such actions, they were depicted as the Gestapo and worse.  Assaults against these officers skyrocketed.

The idea here was to get officers to lash out.  This would enable the planners to leverage that moment in the media for “reforming the government.”  Of course, reforming is not what they have in mind but rather ending the government as we know it.

The Insurrection Act is a big red line in their playbook.  During the “Summer of Love” in 2020, they were hoping for such activation so that the Trump administration could be portrayed as akin to the Nazis.

Governors refusing to work with the federal government is another aspect of this plan.  We have already seen this in action for quite some time.  The whole idea of sanctuary cities and states is ridiculous.  However, many people have been indoctrinated into believing that protecting violent criminals, rapists, murderers, etc. from ICE is a good thing.  Therefore, in their mind, the idea of sanctuary for these people is a good one.  To the people running this op, people like Laken Riley are just collateral damage to them.

DataRepublican:

Thousands of NGOs and billions of dollars are involved in this endeavor. Most of them believe they’re saving democracy. The problem is that people who spent their careers deciding when other countries’ governments had lost their legitimacy wrote that test for ours, in private, and planned for what comes after.

Who decides when your government is legitimate?

An AI-generated video provides a basic layout of the plan.

Every voter needs to see this before Election Day.
