TWA 800…A Masterpiece of Fiction

Comments Off on TWA 800…A Masterpiece of Fiction

Twenty four years ago today, on the evening of July 17, 1996, flight TWA 800 crashed off the south shore of Long Island killing all 230 people on board.  The crash was witnessed by hundreds of people enjoying a warm summer evening outdoors.  In all, the FBI interviewed more than 700 witnesses.  These agents included members of the FBI’s missile team.  They determined that well more than 100 witnesses were considered excellent.  The evidence for a missile strike was considered to be overwhelming.

Jack Cashill has written two authoritative books on this subject.  The books can be found here and here.  Today Cashill has published another article over at American Thinker that summarizes the info about the crash.

More Flynn Evidence

Comments Off on More Flynn Evidence

I have stated several times here that the longer that Judge Sullivan runs out the clock on the Writ of Mandamus, the more evidence that is coming to light that shows just how utterly corrupt the whole process was against General Flynn. As many people know by now, based on handwritten FBI notes released in April, Flynn was framed by crooked, Trump-hating agents.

There is a lot of activity going on at the DOJ.  Attorney General William Barr said Thursday that the DOJ has about 500 investigations underway across the country.  These investigations are looking into acts of arson and destruction associated with the riots over the past several weeks.  Dozens of indictments have already been presented.

The Ferguson Lie

Comments Off on The Ferguson Lie

Ferguson, Missouri was Black Lives Matter (BLM) first, big, visible opportunity to organize people toward the mantra of “black lives matter.”   This was built around the police shooting death of Michael Brown, the alleged “gentle giant.” “Hands up, don’t shoot” became the story that went viral across the country and around the world.

Flynn Case Manipulated At Highest Levels

Comments Off on Flynn Case Manipulated At Highest Levels

Brett Tolman, former US Attorney for the District of Utah, was interviewed regarding the recent revelations from the unsealed Peter Strzok notes.  It is his opinion that the activities with regards to Flynn were designed to keep PDJT from taking office.  When they failed at that, they then utilized those activities to try to oust the President from office.  In other words the activities were designed to overthrow the constitutionally elected government of the United States.

Curiouser and Curiouser

With the DC Circuit Court issuing a decision on the writ of mandamus, the Flynn case is back in the news again.  The court has ordered Judge Sullivan to dismiss the case.  As I have said previously, I would like to see Michael Flynn off the hook so to speak.  However, the longer the case hangs on, the more corruption that is being exposed.

There has been another interesting development in the Flynn case.  On Tuesday the DOJ provided more exculpatory evidence to the Flynn defense team.  This led to a filing that includes hand-written notes taken by FBI agent Peter Strzok around key dates in early January 2017.  Strzok is a former Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI.  Strzok is also rumored to be CIA.

Appeals Court Orders Dismissal

Comments Off on Appeals Court Orders Dismissal

The three judges (Henderson, Wilkins, Rao) on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals have approved a writ of mandamus ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against Michael Flynn.  Judge Rao wrote the opinion for the majority.  The decision can be found here.

The panel ruled that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan overstepped his authority in not accepting the unopposed motion and in questioning the prosecutors’ decision.

The DOJ announced today that six former employees of eBay have been charged with leading a cyberstalking campaign.  This campaign targeted the editor and publisher of a newsletter that eBay executives viewed as critical of the company. The alleged harassment included sending the couple anonymous, threatening messages, disturbing deliveries – including a boxes of live cockroaches, spiders, etc., a funeral wreath and a bloody pig mask – and conducting covert surveillance of the victims.  Complete press release here.

Apparently LTG Michael Flynn will be speaking once his years-long ordeal with the justice system is over.  The DC Appellate Court will hear oral arguments soon on the Mandamus Writ filed by Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell.

Barr Identifies Antifa

Comments Off on Barr Identifies Antifa

On Thursday, AG Bill Barr gave prepared remarks at a press conference.  As with anytime where the AG gives a statement, it is always useful to carefully parse what he is saying.  This man does not state things as fact if he does not have the evidence to back up his statement.

Barr identified that when the rule of law breaks down, the promise of America does also.

Barr went on to discuss actions being taken specifically in connection with the George Floyd case.  After this Barr addressed the problems concerning the civil unrest going on across the country.  Barr identified the three groups who are out on the streets. ...
