When one orders the police to stop enforcing the law, it does not lead to a more peaceful society. What it does lead to is more vicious attacks on peaceful citizens. Criminals become emboldened because there do not appear to be any consequences for their illegal actions.
On Saturday there was a caravan of Trump supporters in cars and trucks that paraded through downtown Portland. Literally hundreds of vehicles festooned with American flags and banners supporting the Trump/Pence ticket were in attendance.

By Executive Order President Donald Trump signed an executive action to delay the collection of payroll taxes (Social Security and Medicare). He has sought to enact an outright cut throughout the pandemic in an effort to juice worker’s paychecks.
The text of the memorandum says that people earning under $4,000 every two weeks — or under $104,000 yearly — won’t have to pay the tax out of their paychecks from September 1 to December 31.
Does anyone remember a year ago when violent crime in London caught up to New York City? Those days are long gone. New York City is seeing the highest crime rates so far this century. Overall violence is up more than 130 percent from last year. The violence is rampant, and it includes assault, theft, homicide and rape.
This may be hard to believe but in L.A., the story is substantially worse. The LAPD has reported that homicides alone are up 250 percent since before the riots started. And homicides in L.A. have become increasingly brutal.

Another example of Joe Biden’s America was on display recently in a suburb of Minneapolis called Hugo.
John Thompson, a Democrat who is running for the State House in Minnesota, suggested that the Minneapolis suburb of Hugo be burned down. He said this while ranting outside the home of Minneapolis Police Federation President Bob Kroll during a Black Lives Matter protest
“I didn’t come here to be peaceful,” Thompson said, going on to accuse Kroll of being a member of the Ku Klux Klan, even going so far as to claim that he was the Grand Wizard. ...
Joe Biden is a never-ending look inside the minds of Democratic politicians. Why? Because Biden often actually speaks out loud what Democratic politicians think and believe. Recently, during a speech to Hispanic voters, Biden had this to say.
One of the ways that “woke progressives” try to silence their critics is to shame people into not saying anything. They accomplish this by making it seem like their critics are racist, sexist, etc., when no such animus exists. After all, regardless of how morally right one may be, no one wants to be called a racist.

Once Kamala Harris was announced as the VP candidate (actually this happened before such an announcement), a concerned group that included Planned Parenthood sent a letter to the media indicating that critically questioning any woman especially a woman of color who was named as Biden’s running mate was off limits.
The letter was actually a 32-page “guide” that detailed how the media would be allowed to cover Biden’s running mate. It has been made clear that the group would come after any media outlet that dared to question Harris in any way that they felt was not appropriate.
