The following is an open letter from Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) about the unprecedented censorship of the news by entities like Facebook and Twitter. If these entities are true platforms as they allege, they have no right to censor the news that shows up.

Breitbart reports that the viewership numbers for the final game of the NBA final series were absolutely atrocious. At its peak the game drew just over 6 million viewers. In 2019 the same game drew over 18 million viewers. It appears that people are saying something about the NBA.
The NBA recently reacted to very low viewership numbers of the early games of the finals by announcing that “Black Lives Matter” would not be allowed on courts or uniforms next season. I guess their own internal surveys are telling them that they made the worst business decision in league history when they decided to allow that. Where was David Stern when the league needed him?
Joe Biden spoke to 40 people at a campaign rally in Ohio. But they were masked and socially distanced and sitting in their cars, unlike the estimated 20,000 to 30,000 who showed up at President Trump’s rally in Sanford, Florida.
Former NFL player Burgess Owens spoke at the Republican National Convention. It is a pity that the NFL today doesn’t have more men such as Burgess Owens. His comeback story after he left the NFL is one for all to hear.
During the confirmation hearings on Tuesday, Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) asked the judge what reference notes she might be using while answering detailed and specific legal questions from the committee.
The confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Barrett to the Supreme Court began on Monday. If confirmed, Judge Barrett will become the first female justice of the Supreme Court to have school age children.
Amid the rancor leading up to these hearings the Democrats have threatened “packing the court” if she is confirmed. Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has suggested Democrats would try to pack the court with liberal activist justices by increasing the number of justices. Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has said that all options are on the table if Barrett is confirmed.
Donald Trump is the only candidate who deserves your vote this November. Trump is not perfect, like all Presidents, but I do believe he has the country, our America, first in his mind every day when he gets out of bed. No President has worked harder for all Americans. I voted for him and fully intend to repeat that.
