Glenn Greenwald is not a conservative, not even close in fact, but he is an honest journalist. During a recent panel discussion for Zero Hedge, Greenwald absolutely destroyed the Democrat/media narrative about January 6th being an attempted coup or insurrection.

Greenwald uses logic and the true definition of words to systematically dismantle every claim of the left. It’s just brutal.

PDJT’s lawyer was asked about presidential immunity on Tuesday, by Federal Judge Florence Pan. The specifics of the question surrounded if President Trump could order SEAL Team Six to assassinate an American citizen and if Absolute Immunity would apply.

This question of immunity for actions taken as President is currently front and center to much of the lawfare that is being waged against PDJT. Now when we talk about absolute immunity, we are not talking about actions taken outside of his duties as President. Just those actions taken within his role as the unitary executive of our republic.

The lowlifes that inhabit Washington had decided that William Penn’s statue in Pennsylvania needed to be removed. I guess these lowlifes felt that someone who was moral and upright as a person is not someone to be remembered. The outcry against this removal seems to have saved the statue for now.

A federal judge on Wednesday gave millions of gun owners breathing room when he slammed the Biden administration’s effort to ban a big slice of the AR-15 market.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk blocked the ATF from enforcing its ban on AR-15 style “pistols” equipped with arm braces, calling the agency’s new rule unlawful.

For years before the ATF issued its ban, the ATF allowed the braces to be sold, and they have become so common that some estimate 40 million or more are in circulation. One issue raised was how the ATF could believe that it can overnight make millions of gun owners potential criminals. ...
