Will The Flynn Case Be Mueller’s Undoing?

Will the Michael Flynn case be the undoing of Mueller and his band of #NeverTrumpers?  More info trickled out today that showed that it took three weeks for the interview notes (FD-302) to be approved by Andrew McCabe.  This was a long time for a simple transcription of the results of an interview.  It certainly appears that McCabe had some hand in shaping how the interview was put down on paper.

While not completely clear, it also appears that the second agent’s notes have yet to be produced.  This appears to be in violation of the judge’s order to produce such items for his review. Gregg Re reported:

Judge Sullivan was appointed a judge by President Reagan in 1984 and was elevated to a federal judgeship by President Clinton in 1994.  He takes a dim view of prosecutors not adhering to their obligations to turn over exculpatory evidence to the defense.

Previously text messages between lovers Lisa Page and former agent Peter Strozk had revealed considerable concern about “how many ways this could go off the tracks.”  Their nervousness over what was being attempted with General Flynn certainly lends credence that all was not on the up and up.

Since this is a false statements case, both agents’ notes would normally be considered part of the evidence chain.  They should have been retained.  Why they have not been produced is troubling.

There is also Andrew McCabe’s memo regarding how the interview should take place.  This has yet to be produced.

The cover-up of potential corruption is being helped once again by another sideshow going on.  This is James Comey testifying to Congress behind closed doors.  Each time some potentially real corruption is being uncovered, a smokescreen appears which then dominates the news cycle.  Comey saying that PDJT is smearing the FBI is the latest example of this.

If anyone is held accountable in this corrupt group, it will be because of the actions of Judge Emmet Sullivan. This judge is renowned for his ability to stand strong in the face of adversity. He did it before in the Steven’s (Alaska) case where he overturned the verdict. Hopefully, we will see the same results here, and it will be the “unraveling” of the Mueller fake investigations.

It is time to clean house in Washington.
