Peace Is The Prize!

On many occasions the idea of American military intervention has been discussed here.  PDJT is the first President in a long time to see there can be another path to a better world.  Certainly the historic accords signed on Tuesday between Israel, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates is an outstanding example of a different and better course of action.

Clearly the Democrats were caught flat footed by this process.  Their messaging since this was announced has been all over the place.  Speaker Pelosi called peace a “distraction.”  Imagine that.  Peace is a distraction.  Joe Biden claimed that PDJT accidentally fell into peace.

Trying to maintain some sort of relevance in all of this, Speaker Pelosi today said that only Congress can determine what is in Israel’s best interests.

“The U.S. Congress, on a bipartisan basis, will be watching and monitoring to ensure that Israel can maintain its qualitative military edge in the region.”

Really?  Nancy Pelosi and her band of corrupt DC elites will decide what is in Israel’s best interests?  Doesn’t Israel have some say in what their best interests are?  Will Congress attempt to interfere in the peace process?

Peace is breaking out, but it appears that Pelosi and her fellow Democrats do not favor peace. This is the woman who condoned members of her own party expressing anti-Semitic ideas.

Keep in mind that Pelosi predicted,

“In the absence of a negotiated settlement between Israel and the Palestinians, moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem now may needlessly spark mass protests, fuel tensions, and make it more difficult to reach a durable peace.”

Pelosi seems to have been a bit off with that prediction.  In fact, all the predictions about World War III during PDJT’s presidency have amounted to nothing.   With peace on the horizon, what will happen to all those dollars that made their way from the military-industrial complex to Washington?

PDJT made a comment today during the ceremonies that there will be more (5, 6, 7 or more) Middle East nations jumping on the bandwagon with Israel.  Are there enough fainting couches in Washington to handle all those who will be swooning?

The leftist media does not know what to do.  The CNN headline made no mention of Middle East peace.  Just no social distancing.

MSNBC called it an “election agreement.”  That sounds like the MSM and the Democrats will soon accuse the Israelis and the Arabs of interfering in our elections.

“Dilonsfo” noted,

When Arab nations saw that the USA was just not “talking” but physically doing something in the area while by pulling troops out of Arab nations, severely punishing those (ISIS) who attacked the USA and moving solidly against Iran, whose armies and money were helping destabilize the area. Once they determined that the USA was serious about letting the Middle East Arab nations control their own future, Arab nations began moving toward the side of the USA plans rather the Palestinians, Hezbollah and Iran.

It is obvious that the Middle East nations saw that President Trump backed up his words with actions. No longer was the USA drawing red lines in the sand only to move them when they were crossed. President Trump began treating nations as individual countries that had the right to forge ahead, creating their own destinies and looking to create wealth, stability, growth and peace in their areas of influence without the USA interfering with threats of war and actual armed conflict.

PDJT is not content to solve just one problem.  He keeps moving onto solving other problems.  Sometimes PDJT is not successful (think North Korea).  That does not mean that he withdraws.  He just moves onto the next problem.

PDJT’s accomplishments are monumental.  PDJT is the greatest President in my lifetime and may be the greatest President ever!
