Rejection Of The Plantation

Vernon Jones, a lifelong Democrat and a state representative in the State of Georgia, spoke at the Republican National Convention.  Jones begins a truly amazing speech by explaining why he, a Democrat, would speak at the RNC.

Jones called out the Democratic Party for forcing blacks to remain on mental plantation for many generations.  Jones told the Democrats and Joe Biden,

“We are free.  We are free people with free minds.  And I am part of a large and growing statement of the black community who are independent thinkers and we believe that Donald Trump is the President that America needs to lead us forward.”

When one is free in spirit and mind there’s new life that springs up in the soul.  This freedom of mind has allowed blacks to dream again and know that their dreams can be a reality. The President has given everyone the tools to make their dreams a reality. Blacks will no longer be silent, and walk blindly, to the Democratic beat.

Jones compared Biden’s record to those Democrats who have pandered to black voters and then delivered little or nothing.  Jones espoused the American work ethic.

“My parents taught me that If I believed in God, worked hard, and treated ever person fairly, there was no limit to what we could achieve”

Jones went on to talk about education and PDJT’s support for black colleges.  He echoed what many people think and that is that school choice is the answer to the problems besetting public education in this country.

Jones reflected on the booming economy under PDJT and what that has meant to people of all colors.  PDJT put the interests of all American workers first.

Jones excoriated the Democrats for turning their backs on law enforcement.  He ridiculed the idea of social workers replacing police officers.  Jones went to give unabashed support to PDJT’s ideas on police reform.

Jones finished up by highlighting Trump’s successes in helping the black community.  He related his experiences after announcing his support for PDJT’s re-election.  It was typical Democratic actions, threats, shaming, calls for resignation, etc.  He stated the obvious when he said that this was how the Democratic Party treated independent-thinking black men and women.  Jones summarized the Democratic Party’s intolerance for anyone who does not agree with them.

God bless you, Vernon Jones!
