On Friday, a federal judge in Texas issued a nationwide injunction against the federal mandate that required all federal employees and contractors to be jabbed with the mRNA therapy. This becomes at least the fourth time that the unconstitutional vaccine mandates have been halted by a federal judge.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A U.S. judge in Texas issued a nationwide injunction on Friday barring the federal government from enforcing President Joe Biden’s requirement that federal workers without qualifying medical or religious exemptions be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Judge Jeffrey Brown, who was appointed to the District Court for the Southern District of Texas by then-President Donald Trump, ruled that opponents of Biden’s vaccination mandate for federal employees were likely to succeed at trial and blocked the government from enforcing the requirement.
Biden announced in September that more than 3.5 million federal workers were required to undergo vaccination, with no option to get regularly tested instead, unless they secured approved medical or religious exemptions. The requirement kicked in this past November, and White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Friday that 98% of federal workers are vaccinated.
Press secretary Psaki stated that the administration was confident of its legal authority to issue such mandates. Psaki’s response is becoming as ritualistic as the response that the jabs are “safe and effective.” At this point most people know that is a lie as many thousands of people have died after being jabbed. And the Pfizer CEO has admitted publicly that two doses of his therapy are not effective against COVID.
Brown’s decision was based at least in part on the recent Supreme Court decision for companies with more than 100 employees. Brown noted that the President had exceeded his authority when he thought he could change the conditions of employment unilaterally.
The effect is real. If you got jabbed, you are more likely to become infected with the latest variant. This potential effect was predicted by experts last year. It is now a pandemic of the jabbed.
The latest official health data from the British government revealed that triple vaccinated individuals once again accounted for the majority of all Covid-19 hospitalizations between December 20th and January 16th, with the double vaccinated – formerly known as the fully vaxxed – not far behind.
Unsurprisingly, even with the highly-infectious and common-cold-like Omicron variant being the dominant strain, the unvaccinated have maintained a steady rate of infection.
It is past time to end any and all efforts to coerce people to get jabbed. The jabs do not work.
Some countries in Europe are ending COVID restrictions. This comes as some cities in this country become more tyrannical every day.
In the United Kingdom, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson just announced the end of COVID-19 measures including mandatory face masks in England.
Johnson said none of the so-called Plan B measures would remain in England when they lapse on Jan. 26, as face masks would not be legally enforced anywhere and COVID passes would not be mandatory.
I wonder if this decision was connected in any way to the fact that Johnson was seen partying maskless recently in violation of the national rules.
French Prime Minister Jean Castex announced Thursday that the government will lift most of its COVID-19 restrictions in February.
Prime Minister Micheal Martin of Ireland says the nation will scrap almost all its COVID-19 restrictions on Saturday.
I wonder if the massive protests that have been going on in these countries and elsewhere had anything to do with these decisions. I think it is time for a million person march in America against the mandates that do not work.
Speaking of massive protests, the very heart of the European Union, Germany, has seen protests that are unprecedented in size and in the number of locations.

The German government is seriously “concerned” over the sheer number of protests against COVID restrictions in recent weeks, which are the most widespread in the country’s history.
Influential German broadsheet Die Welt reveals that on the same day, protests took place in over 1,000 locations across the country.

“Never before in the history of the Federal Republic have there been demonstrations that are more widespread than in the last few weeks,” states the report, with the government counting 1,046 separate protests involving around 188,000 participants.
Germany, the birthplace of Naziism, is still pushing forward with making the COVID jab mandatory. Since the vaccines do not protect from infection and since the vast majority of infections in Germany are among the jabbed (85%), I wonder how much the politicians are being paid by Big Pharma to force the jab on the German public.
One state in America has decided to hold companies liable for the adverse effects of the so-called vaccines. There’s a plan in the state of Arizona that, while it may not prevent any of those complications, will make it clear that employers who mandate the shots for their workers are liable for the results. Essentially, if you, as a company, mandate the injection, you own the result.
The proposal, SB 1254, “would protect employees who suffer any adverse reactions, injury, disability, loss of wages, pain and suffering or medical expenses correlating to the employer mandate. Furthermore, if any injuries arise within 120 days after receiving an employee mandated medical product or procedure, it would be presumed that the product or procedure is the cause.”
The bill is sponsored by Sen. Wendy Rogers and is co-sponsored by Majority Whip Sen. Sonny Borrelli, Sen. David Gowan and Sen. Kelly Townsend, all Republicans.
It is about time to hold someone responsible for this mess. I would really like to see the NIH and Big Pharma on the hook along with anyone within those agencies that was involved in perpetrating fraud on the country.
