Last week was a very busy week. A deranged woman, who thought she was a man, shot up a Christian elementary school in Nashville murdering six people including three young children. On Thursday, in an effort to push that story off the front page, the Soros-funded DA in Manhattan, indicted PDJT. These were the two big stories of the week. However, there was another story that received almost no attention. Jacob Chansley, the so-called Jan 6th Shaman, has been released from prison 14 months EARLY.
The obvious questions have to be why and why now. Chansley was the image of the “insurrection.” His photo was plastered endlessly on newscasts to show just how dangerous to democracy the J6 protesters were. One would have expected that Chansley would have served the full term since he was smeared as being existentially dangerous to the rule of law in this country. But he was released early.
The why of this is probably fairly simple. Tucker Carlson and Kevin McCarthy. McCarthy released the J6 video to Carlson and Tucker played some video. Part of what he played on Fox showed Chansley being escorted through the Capitol by police officers. This evidence was withheld from the defense and from the jury in his case.
It cannot be a crime to go into a place where the police help you to see the place when it is their job to guard and protect the place. The prosecution of Chansley was malicious and intentional. They invented a crime to charge him with and then proceeded to obstruct any exposing of the truth.
Malicious prosecution exposes the doer to both compensatory and punitive damages. A government employee’s shield against such suits disappears in this situation. They become personally liable. And their residences are not protected from a judgement against such people. And let’s not forget. The complaining witness to the alleged crime here is Congress. This could get interesting.
The why now is obvious. With the shooting in Nashville and the fake indictment of PDJT, the news media would not bother to report Chansley’s release. It would fly under the radar and most people would not be reminded just how evil the UniParty in Washington is.
I wonder if these malicious prosecutions could be termed “domestic terrorism?” 18 USC 2331(5) notes:
The term domestic terrorism means activities that:
- (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended
- (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
- (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
- (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
- (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States;
