Impeachment of a President has been, is and always will be a political action. As such, it must be seen in the view of political realities. Richard Nixon was not removed from the presidency by impeachment.
Nixon resigned because the Democrats with the help of the FBI and Big Media whipped the American public into frenzy over an 18 minute gap in a recording of conversations in the Oval Office. Nixon fed into this charade with his “Saturday Night Massacre” in removing elements of the DOJ from office. This enraged the public who believed Nixon was trying to cover up criminal acts. This led directly to Nixon’s resignation.
To this day, it has never been proved that Nixon had anything to do with the Watergate burglary or that he orchestrated and/or participated in its coverup not withstanding John Dean’s self-serving testimony.
The first impeachment of PDJT was done to slow down his ability to govern. The Mueller Special Counsel investigation was designed from the outset to do the same thing. However, despite numerous “leaks” from those operating within the confines of the sham investigation (actually headed by Andrew Weissman), sufficient traction could not be gained for any actions.
This led to the Democrats deciding that an impeachment was the next course of action since they now controlled House Democrats with an iron fist and could guarantee an impeachment. Adam Schiff, who has been censured by the House for his constant lying to the American public, led the star chamber proceedings.
Despite constant “leaks” to Big Media, Big Media was unsuccessful in enraging the public against PDJT. Even the RINOs in the Senate who did not care for PDJT’s policy decisions recognized this political reality and voted against impeachment.
I won’t bother to get into the impeachment of the “insurrection.” I was there. That charge was just ludicrous and remains so today. The attempt was pure politics designed to prevent PDJT from running again. The Democrats now believe that they control the outcomes of elections through various methods none of which depends much on the good will of voters. The Democrats no longer believe that they have to earn the vote of the public. They believe that they can manufacture enough ballots to win.
The political elite in Washington actually fear PDJT. They have stretched out the handling of the cases against those who entered the Capitol Building for maximum political effect. The political elite know that PDJT will be determined to shut off the spigots of corruption should he gain the Presidency a second time.
That leads us to the current political quandary. Stories have begun to circulate on Big Media about the Biden family’s apparent corruption. At this point the figure for apparent bribery ranges from $20 million to $50 million. Biden himself is on video boasting about how he stopped an investigation into Burisma where his son was receiving $1 million/year in a no-show job by having the Ukrainian government fire the prosecutor. This is just one of many apparent influence peddling activities that Biden was involved in.
The clamor for impeachment of Biden from some people is rising. Please be reminded that impeachment is first and foremost a political activity. Despite the fact that PDJT did nothing wrong, the Senate came within 10 votes of convicting him. This was because Democrats will whipped into line to vote that way despite a lack of evidence. And 7 Republicans who were deep into the public feeding trough went along.
Is Biden guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors? The fact of the matter is that Biden was impeachable immediately upon taking the oath of office. Impeachability has never been the issue with Joe Biden. However, with the Democrats in control of the House, unless there was a massive uprising in the American public that would threaten the very existence of the Democratic Party, there never was a chance that would happen.
With the 2022 election, control of the House shifted to the other side of the aisle. This seems to have surprised the Democrats. I am sure that they felt that they had locked up the levers of election and that they would be the ruling majority in perpetuity.
Of course, Republicans have their own corrupt legislators. Many people thought that it would be business as usual with just different names on the scorecards. The people of the country would once again be closed out from a seat the table.
However, fifteen House Republicans thought otherwise. They stood their ground through vote after vote for House Speaker. Eventually they won considerable changes in how the House operates that hopefully will change the long-term course of the House.
The House Oversight Committee has actually been working on the issue of Biden’s corruption. Rep James Comer’s Committee has already assembled a bundle of evidence tracking the exact ways and means of how the Biden family’s global bribery operation worked. That includes the bank records, the emails and deal memos, the chronology of meetings, the FBI documents, the phone recordings, the photos of “JB” schmoozing with Hunter’s “clients.” It also includes the famous video of “Joe Biden” bragging onstage at the Council on Foreign Relations about how he strong-armed Ukraine President Poroshenko into firing General Prosecutor Viktor Shokin.
Of course, we haven’t heard much about this in Big Media. Their job is to protect the Democratic machine (that currently includes Joe Biden) at all costs. They try to memory hole anything and everything that would cause the public to become revulsed with the Democrats and Joe Biden.

In a normal America Zhou would have slunk out of the White House leaving a resignation letter on the desk behind him, just on the strength of public revulsion. Guess what? This isn’t a normal America—not by a long shot. Hanson is particulary good on that score, again, if you need to have your recollection refreshed. The great unwashed of the American public has been so debauched that they seem unable to discern the swamp our republic has descended into.
Not only does Biden not seem to be chagrined by anything he has done, rather he seems to revel in the fact that he is where he is and probably believes he should be installed for another term.
So, the question is would impeachment of someone who may be the most corrupt person ever to get anywhere near the White House be good for the country? Speaker McCarthy has taken a slow, deliberate approach to the question. I think this is a good approach because snap impeachments are ridiculous. We saw that with PDJT and the J6 “insurrection.”
The deliberate approach has allowed more whistleblowers to come forward and provide the committee with additional evidence. However, impeachment is still a political process. Will Speaker McCarthy decide to pull the trigger or will he let the Ruling Class own Biden?
What are the political ramifications of each choice?
Recently I engaged in a group conversation with one Republican House member. That member indicated that Jim Jordan (Judiciary Committee) and James Comer (Oversight Committee) have done yeoman’s work. That indicates to me that they have evidence that will stand up to scrutiny. However, it is still a political calculation that will eventually be the decision maker.
Forming an impeachment committee would allow for evidence to be assembled for that process. How much would be public is unclear. During the Nixon saga the public notice of what was happening eventually led his decision to resign. Would the same thing happen here?
Given Biden’s cognitive decline and his anger at those around him (a clear sign of dementia), resignation would seem to be unlikely. That would leave impeachment or removal via the 25th amendment.
Would the Democrats want all the corrupt activities to be displayed to the public? Biden’s corruption before he was elected was so well known that he should never have been put in place in the Oval Office. The Democrats will try to claim that such information about Biden is false and just politics.
Failing to deflect such attention, the Dems will also claim his election was the will of the people. The people ignored and/or excused such corruption. Of course, that is not true. The election was stolen. However, that does not change the appearance that the public ignored Biden’s corruption.
Assuming that there is still enough working gray matter among the cabal that is trying to take away our freedoms, what might they try next to avoid losing? Let’s remember these are evil people and there are trillions at stake. Might movement toward impeachment, resignation, 25thamendment removal lead the Uniparty to construct a deal that might go like this. Biden gets taken out (25th amendment) and the other side gets to fiddle with the rule of law to stop PDJT from running.
Regardless, I think enough people in the country are awake to these possibilities that such a deal would backfire hugely. Of course, that means that the alternate media (that’s us) need to report on all the evidence presented because we all know that Big Media will be in bed with the elite politicians and will suppress anything that would tear them down.
Go ahead and impeach. Let us help truth to take hold in the country. Let the chips fall where they may.
