Coming to a courtroom near you soon. In a Nevada courtroom, Judge Mary Kay Holthus was denying probation to a defendant in a battery case and about to impose a sentence, when criminal defendant Deobra Redden (30) shouted “f**k that bitch,” leaped over the bench and attacked the judge.
This is what George Soros prosecutors and misguided judges are turning loose on the streets every day when they do not incarcerate violent offenders. This is what no cash bail leads to. Had this man received yet another probation sentence, the next victim would have been anyone in this defendant’s orbit and not the judge. I am certain that this defendant expected to be released. Isn’t that what happens to “protected classes” in this country?
I wonder if Claudine Gay would have to put this attack into context before she could say if this was good or bad? Was Redden merely expressing his displeasure at being denied probation? Was the judge being a big meanie by actually deciding to incarcerate Redden?
This was attempted murder. Will Redden be charged with such?
