This is where I began, I honestly thought when he announced it was a publicity stunt, knowing very little about the man. The more both wings attacked him the more I was drawn to vote.
In the lead up to the election I had a brief conversation sitting at a hotel bar in FL with a New York Union Tradesman. Since he was in construction, I asked for his take, “how did the guys who worked on his projects feel about him?” He responded, “everybody wants to work on a Trump project, he’s a good boss and looks after his crews”. This sealed the deal. (P.S, my only other presidential vote was for Perot)
