An Indictment

An interesting bit of news hit the wire on Wednesday.   Via DOJ, one Imaad Zuberi, a 49-year-old resident of Arcadia, California, agreed to plead guilty to a variety of illegal activities surrounding campaign contributions, political influence, and unregistered lobbying on behalf of foreign clients.

Zuberi has agreed to plead guilty to those charges at a later date, pursuant to a plea agreement.  This kind of language in a charging situation normally indicates that the felon has agreed to help out with other cases.  His sentencing recommendation will depend on how truthful and helpful he is to prosecutors at the DOJ.

Just who was he raising money for? And how much?

Ambassador Sondland Does Not Appear

Comments Off on Ambassador Sondland Does Not Appear

U.S. Ambassador Gordon Sondland was directed by the State Department not to appear Tuesday for an interview with House committees leading the fraudulent impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump. The non-appearance follows Chairman Adam Schiff’s manipulative media releases based on Ambassador Kurt Volker testimony.

This video exposes both the corrupt attempts by the Democrats to undo the results of the 2016 election as well as these House members calling out members of the press for their lack of due diligence.  It is worth 13 minutes of your time.

Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

Comments Off on Is The ICIG Guilty of A Corrupt Act?

It was widely known that in order to submit an ICIG whistleblower report that the information had to be firsthand knowledge.  No hearsay or gossip was permitted.  It was stated unequivocally that submitting second-hand knowledge would result in the complaint being rejected.

As Sean Davis at The Federalist noted,

“The [Intelligence Community Inspector General] cannot transmit information via the ICPWA based on an employee’s second-hand knowledge of wrongdoing,” the previous form stated under the bolded heading “FIRST-HAND INFORMATION REQUIRED.” “This includes information received from another person, such as when an employee informs you that he/she witnessed some type of wrongdoing.”

“If you think that wrongdoing took place, but can provide nothing more than second-hand or unsubstantiated assertions, [the Intelligence Community Inspector General] will not be able to process the complaint or information for submission as an ICWPA,” the form concluded.

The Rev Is Exposed

Comments Off on The Rev Is Exposed

Every major Democrat candidate for President has made the pilgrimage to the throne of Rev. Al Sharpton.  The fact that Sharpton has been a divisive force within the country for decades is largely irrelevant.  If a Democrat wants the black vote, they bow and scrape and kiss Al’s ring because he’s the Pope of race hustling.  Nationally, as well as in many states, Democrats can’t win without a 90% black vote.  Al Sharpton delivers the ghetto vote that the Democrats need desperately.

Sharpton stirred up the Crown Heights riot and got people killed when they burned that store down with people in it. Sharpton was a principal figure in the Tawanna Brawley hoax which falsely smeared the NYPD and led to civil unrest.  Sharpton was one of the principal reasons that George Zimmerman was charged when he shot and killed Trayvon Martin in a clear case of self-defense.  There are a boatload of other examples over the years.  Sharpton has made his living off of race hustling.

On Thursday Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) “played back” some of the Rev’s statements over the years during a hearing on policing.  Gaetz used quotes from noted liberal Joe Scarborough as part of his exposition.  Gaetz exposed Sharpton’s history of bigotry and anti-semitism.  And the best part is that it is now part of the Congressional Record.

Double-barrel Victory

Two special elections for the House of Representatives were held on Tuesday in North Carolina.  These were for NC3 and NC9.  The Republican who had represented NC3 died after winning re-election in 2018.  In NC9 Mark Harris, the incumbent Republican, edged Dan McCready, a smooth talking and personable Democrat by a few hundred votes in 2018.  However, the NC Board of Elections refused to certify the win.

The reason?  Apparently a political consultant for the Harris campaign allegedly mishandled some absentee ballots.   The Board of Elections felt the case was strong enough to call for another election. This mishandling of absentee ballots is currently being litigated in the courts in NC.

It sounds an awful lot like the “harvesting” of ballots that took place in California during the 2018 elections.  In some counties in California, more than 250,000 absentee ballots were “harvested.”  The result was the flipping of a considerable number of House districts from Republican to Democratic hands.  No charges have been filed in California.

John Ratcliffe Discusses DOJ/FBI Expectations and SSCI Involvement in Blocking His DNI Nomination…

Posted on September 8, 2019by sundance

Representative John Ratcliffe was/is a key member of the House who has investigated the details of the DOJ and FBI intelligence abuse during the 2016 election.  Factually, Ratcliffe is one of only a few high-clearance House members who had seen all of the unredacted and classified documents associated with the DOJ and FBI activity. ...

Winners and Losers

Comments Off on Winners and Losers

The media likes to list winners and losers from every confrontation between the two main-stream political parties.  The media’s views of these events often lean towards their own particular political ideologies.

Without a doubt the Republicans were the winners and the Democrats were the losers from the Mueller hearings on Wednesday.  Even far left media outlets like CNN agreed.  Chris Cillizza at CNN noted,

If Democrats hoped that Mueller would easily bat away Republican attacks — on him and on his report — they were sorely disappointed in the opening moments of his testimony. Mueller seemingly contradicted himself (and the report) when he told Georgia Rep. Doug Collins, the ranking Republican member on the committee, that collusion and conspiracy were not the same thing.

Mueller Bombs Out

Comments Off on Mueller Bombs Out

The circus was in town in Washington, but the clowns did not show up. In what was characterized by most media outlets including those friendly to the Democrats as a bad day, Robert Mueller came off as what we thought he was.  A figurehead for the investigation.  A public face who was supposed to bring credibility.

Mueller didn’t pick his team.  The DOJ/FBI team was already carrying out the “insurance policy” when he arrived.  They had come over from the bogus Crossfire Hurricane counter-intelligence investigation. Mueller was selected by them.

The coup plotters were behind the scenes trying to find something, anything that they could pin on the President.  Trying to trap PDJT into an obstruction of justice charge was the principal activity of Mueller’s team.  Mueller would have been the face of reason in presenting such evidence.

Clown Show

Tuesday’s clown show in the House of Representatives shows just how far off the rails the Democratic Party has gone.  After Speaker Pelosi had been ruled out of order by the House Parliamentarian for referring to PDJT as racist, the Democrats restored her speaking privileges showing that they do not believe that they have to follow the rules.
