America under Joe Biden is beginning to be displayed. The DNC convention in Milwaukee is rapidly turning into a virtual event. It has been vastly scaled down from the original. COVID-19 is being used as the excuse but most people realize that the possibility of unrest in Milwaukee coupled with Joe Biden’s deteriorating cognitive faculties is the real reason. The Democrats are desperate to keep Biden in his basement as much as possible.

A citizens’ committee in Milwaukee, site of the DNC convention, has decided to disarm the police. The committee ordered Police Chief Alonso Morales to order his forces to cease using tear gas and pepper spray. I guess the idea of Bernie Bros being gassed on national TV was not the image that the DNC wanted to project. The memories of Chicago in 1968 still haunt the Democrats. ...

The 6^th Annual Colorado Law Enforcement Appreciation Day took place in Denver on Sunday. The event was held at the Greek Amphitheatre in Civic Center Park. The event had been advertised on social media and was billed as a “family friendly” event. Michelle Malkin was a scheduled speaker and had advertised the event on her Twitter account.

McCarthyism is the practice of making accusations of subversion or treason without proper regard for evidence. The term refers to U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy (R-Wisconsin) and has its origins in the period in the United States known as the Second Red Scare, lasting from the late 1940s through the 1950s. It was characterized by heightened political repression and a campaign of spreading fear of communist influence on American institutions and of espionage by Soviet agents.

The term has since taken on a broader meaning. In the early 21st century, the term is used more generally to describe reckless, unsubstantiated accusations, and demagogic attacks on the character or patriotism of those who have different political views. In 2020 it can readily be applied to the tactics of the left in its use of “Cancel Culture.”

There have been so many instances of politicians walking away from campaign promises as soon as election day is over. One might say that such politicians were lying to the public. Retail Sales Jump

Arched eyebrows are becoming a regular thing among economic experts who forecast the future of the economy. At least this time they got the sign right. Experts were predicting an 8% rise in May. It turns out that retail sales jumped 17.7%, more than double the experts’ estimates. This is the largest one-month increase in the history of the country.
