The DOJ Strikes Again

The conversion of our republican form of government into a communist/fascist/Marxist form of government continues.  The intent of those in power is to control all aspects of life in America.  You will do what the government tells you when the government tells you to do it or else.  If you disagree with the government, you will be targeted by the Gestapo (FBI) and the weaponized DOJ.

The targeting will take the form of some legal action that is intended to punish you for your divergent views.  Most people/companies will not have the financial resources to fight the actions the government.  Trump may be an exception.

The most recent example of this comes from Chattanooga.  A trucking company (Covenant Logistics and Transport Management Services LLC) followed the law in attempting to check the employment eligibility.  The Biden administration has now fined the company $700,000 for doing so because this created a “disparate impact” in their hirings.

Sundance defines this issue succinctly:

“…the minefield of verifying employment eligibility has been a weaponized DOJ process since Eric Holder entered the picture as Attorney General.   Both wings of the UniParty support the intentional conflict in employment law.  The civil rights division of the DOJ now uses a Lawfare concept called “disparate impact” to target any employer who would require employment eligibility verification as a contingency for a job.

Essentially, if you have a work eligibility screening process that disproportionally hits any protected category of person (ie. race, color, national origin, etc.), then the practice creates a “disparate impact” and is therefore unlawful.  Example: 100 people apply for a job; 50 of them are Latino. All of the applicants must provide work eligibility documents to process their I-9 form.  If more than half the denied applicants are Latino, the demand for the documents creates a disparate impact and is therefore illegal.”

Let’s understand that E-Verify is a required tool to use in many states if the company has more than a specific number of employees. To be specific, Tennessee law requires this.  If they have any Federal Government contracts, the DHS also requires this.

Driving a big rig is not for people that have not been thoroughly vetted. Most of these companies handle all sorts of hazardous material, from chlorine bleach to aviation fuel and other flammable material.

So with this legal ruling, the US Government is saying “it’s OK for truck drivers to be criminal undocumented workers” who violated our laws about illegal border crossing.  How many such individuals will also routinely violate DOT rules and regulations.  How much of the public safety is at risk?

Objecting to this action by the DOJ demonstrates that one has common sense and good judgement.  As we have seen over and over especially recently, this puts one in the crosshairs of the US government.  I wonder just what the people running this company did to piss off the Biden administration?  Is it the fact that they are pro-life?

I have been surfing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all website owners and
bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be a lot more useful
    than ever before.
