The recent reveal that the State of New Jerseyhad been registering Illegal aliens to vote has led to renewed discussions of just how many Illegal aliens are on the voter rolls. In a very short time, illegal aliens voting has gone from “impossible” to “maybe a very small number have “slipped” through the digital systems that reign supreme in our lives to just how many have voted.
In most states the jury duty summons process comes from registered voter rolls. As a consequence, when a person is called for jury duty and is then disqualified as a non-citizen, we have another way to judge the scale of non-citizens on the voter rolls.
Reviewing lists of disqualified non-citizen jurors is now taking place in many counties led by citizen inquiry. The disqualification records, “non-juror” lists are public records in many states and counties. We can expect that the Left will soon try to “protect” the jury rolls from public disclosure in the interests of “safeguarding” the privacy of jurors.
These reviews are turning up tens-of-thousands of non-citizens who are on juror lists, which means they also infest the voter rolls.
(New Jersey Globe) – About 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in New Jersey each year, based on data from three state government agencies, including the Motor Vehicle Commission — a stunning figure that widens the scope of a growing controversy over government databases that may incorrectly identify noncitizens as eligible voters and jurors.
While the number is alarming, there’s no indication that noncitizens have served on a jury since the judiciary implemented additional guardrails to prevent it.
“Prospective jurors are asked about their citizenship and other qualifications when they complete the mandatory juror qualification questionnaire,” said Pete McAleer, a spokesman for the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. “Those who advance are reminded of the eligibility requirements during jury orientation and are directly questioned about their citizenship during jury selection by the judge and, as permitted, the attorneys.”
In between, potential jurors watch a training video that includes the citizenship requirement.
The revelation of noncitizens making their way into jury pools comes three days after Gov. Mikie Sherrill disclosed that an alleged software glitch at motor vehicles led to the inclusion of roughly 6,600 noncitizens on New Jersey’s voter rolls; Sherrill blamed the vendor, IDEMIA, and said less than 400 noncitizens have voted in recent elections.
According to McAleer, the judiciary processes more than one million summonses annually for potential jury service and randomly selects records provided from the Division of Elections, the Division of Taxation, and the MVC. (read more)
That 75,000/yr number are just those summoned people who disqualified themselves by being truthful about their status. This represents about 5% of those summoned each year. Extrapolating this to the State would mean that at least 450,000 non-citizens reside in NJ. One needs to remember that some are not eligible to be summoned because they are too young. This would push the potential number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls up.
Thinking about this in a non-pretending way, one would come to understand that non-citizens are serving on juries. From the San Francisco Chronicle of all places, from 2014 – if a juror lies in the Voir Dire process it has been ruled that the jury is tainted and the trial is corrupted. So it’s a danged if they do (lie about being eligible for jury duty) danged if they don’t (get deported) situation. Now we wait to see what defense attorneys across the nation do for clients found guilty. Will appeals be filed once they begin digging into the status of those jurors who voted to convict?

I firmly believe the average non-pretending Americans will soon to realize/admit that many non-citizens actually remained on jury panels, were selected for juries and passed judgement during trial. This will create a big-time constitutional mess. This is something the communist left and media will never admit.
Let’s just think about the recent case where the lady was found guilty of supposedly saying the “N” word about a Somali. A known child predator went after her child but the jury found her guilty for speech (specifically disorderly conduct). Were all those jurors U.S. citizens who should know we have freedom of speech?
This becomes another hard data point to help look through the lens and examine the corruption within our election systems.
