The hits keep coming. The Fauci diaries keep providing more and more insight into the absolute hubris of those in our government who were supposed to be protecting the public health. New entries reveal an effort by the federal government to hide dangerous research rather than stop it.
Senator Paul:
“These records show NIAID was funding risky research with the Defense Department, and when the results turned problematic, Dr. Fauci argued they should have been classified. The email he sent demanding answers went to his longtime special assistant, who has since declined to answer the Committee’s questions.
“Americans deserve to know what kind of risky research their taxpayer dollars are funding. It is clear additional oversight is needed into what Dr. Fauci’s institute was paying for long before COVID. This is exactly why Congress should pass the Risky Research Review Act. Under my bill, an independent board of outside scientists would have to review research like this before a single taxpayer dollar went out the door.“
Just what “research” was Senator Paul referring to?
The U.S. Army conducted an experiment a decade ago that aerosolized the lethal Ebola virus, which is not normally transmitted by air, and then shared the results publicly amid an ongoing outbreak in Africa.
Aerosolized Ebola? Just what were they thinking when they went ahead and did this?

Ebola is about as bad as viruses get. First identified in 1976 near the Ebola River in what is now the Democratic Republic of Congo (a curiously late appearance in viral history), it kills roughly half the people it infects. Past outbreaks ran anywhere from 25% to 90%. It starts like a nasty flu. Sudden fever, muscle aches, splitting headache. Then it turns vicious, adding violent vomiting and diarrhea, failing kidneys and liver, and in some patients, bleeding both inside and out.
Ebola has now turned up in the Fauci diaries. Helpfully, Fauci stored the diaries on government servers, eliminating any expectation of privacy. This is just another indication that these people saw themselves as above the plebes and beyond any reckoning or accountability.
These entries chronicle how widespread dangerous U.S. research on viruses has become. This follows revelations earlier this year from the Director of National Intelligence that the U.S. has funded scores of pathogen labs across the globe, including in war zones. One war zone would be Ukraine where it is alleged that multiple labs were in existence near the Russian border before the war started.
What were Fauci’s concerns besides revealing his agency’s role in such efforts? Fauci was particularly worried about how one set of findings. It was determined that test animals vaccinated against the Ebola virus experienced greater levels of inflammation compared to those that were unvaccinated when exposed. Specifically, all monkeys (22 in all) that were vaccinated died. There were only four deaths among the unvaccinated ones. The fact that vaccines could do harm had to be hidden from the public so that public confidence in vaccines would not be affected. Of course, this was before Covid and the disaster that those “vaccines” were.
Apparently, there was no oversight going on in these areas. This was a bioweapon that was created in this country. The idea that they did this to study how to provide a defense against it is just BS. Evil is present in our government and it needs to be rooted out. Good riddance to Anthony Fauci.
