The big blue version of the ‘new normal’ is now saying that the Wuhan virus variant in Massachusetts is targeting people based on their direction of travel. The police are painting fluorescent arrows on the sidewalk to inform the public which way to walk in order to avoid being attacked by the virus.
On Friday, May 8th, Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. and Mount Sinai Health System agreed to join forces in the investigation and development of an antibody cocktail (COVI-SHIELD™) to
potentially treat COVID-19. Sorrento gained access to plasma from Mount Sinai containing antibodies against COVID-19 for the purpose of identification and production of monoclonal antibodies with potential neutralizing activity against SARS-CoV-2 (Wuhan virus). Essentially Sorrento was looking for antibodies that demonstrate strong inhibition of the virus.
Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) said it perfectly yesterday: “We are too often presented with a false dichotomy: either saving our economy or saving lives.”
Scott’s statement occurred during the Senate hearing with Dr. Fauci, head of the NIH. The Senator was exactly right. Those who believe that no preventative measures should have been taken are as ignorant as those who believe that re-opening the economy poses a mortal risk to everyone.

Last week, in his “leaked” phone call, former President Obama tried to get a narrative rolling that PDJT’s approach to the situation in NY regarding the virus had been “an absolute chaotic disaster.” As we have been seeing from Democrats and their co-conspirators in the media, the use of a flat-out lie is becoming more and more commonplace.
Let’s take a look at just a few of the many decisions and insights that PDJT has made that were both intelligent and smart.
Governor Gavin Newsome of California became the latest governor to float a trial balloon on how long he can deny the constitutional rights of American citizens living in his state. Newsom told residents in his state not to expect life to go back to normal from the coronavirus pandemic until after a vaccine is rolled out.
Newsome follows Governor Whitmer of Michigan who has indicated that she will ignore her legislature telling her to end her lockdown orders. Whitmer is a wannabe dictator who does not want to give up the powers she has usurped.
The stakes are escalating daily as authoritarian government officials deny their citizens the right to earn a living and/or to attend religious services and/or just to enjoy the simple rights of free association. Citizens who are following the CDC guidelines have been arrested and charged with violating lockdown orders that came from their local government officials. The repressive nature of some of those people who have been elected to serve us is going on display all over the country.
The time has long since passed that people need to be confined to their homes if there ever was a need to do so in the first place. Now if someone is sick with COVID-19, there may be a need for quarantine. But, government has been shutting healthy people in their homes and preventing healthy people from making a living.

This attempt at an analogy is ludicrous. This meme betrays a very simplistic view of the world. A viral epidemic is not a roller coaster. There is no last bolt that can be tightened so that one can say one is safe from getting the virus. This kind of mindset has been generated by the hysterical reporting of the media. The media has been beating a drum that one is exposing oneself and others to serious risk of mortality if one gets too close to anyone.
