Some Accomplishments

      Comments Off on Some Accomplishments

One reader sounds off about PDJT’s accomplishments.  It is presented without edit.  This list is nowhere near being inclusive.  In fact, it is a very small part of the entire list of accomplishments.  However, it does begin to give one a feel for just how much PDJT has done.  There will be more about PDJT’s accomplishments in the near future.

Drug Overdose Deaths Decline

Comments Off on Drug Overdose Deaths Decline

Albuquerque Police Department Detective Ryan Holets spoke at the Republican National Convention about the effect of drug use on the community he serves. He praised President Donald Trump for the action he has taken against drug and opioid use, including new federal funding and programs aimed at rural America. Holets pointed to the success of those programs in states where deaths related to opioids have dropped and a dramatic reduction in the prescription of opioid prescriptions. He also mentioned the country had seen its first drop in drug overdose deaths in 30 years

Standing Up For Americans

Comments Off on Standing Up For Americans

Eric Trump, one of PDJT’s sons, spoke at the Republican National Convention.  Eric outlined the movement that created the Trump presidency.  He called out the Democrats who hate America, who want to erase history and forget the past except when it suits their political objectives.

Eric pointed out the obvious when he said that the Democrats want to suppress free speech, that the only speech permitted is that which aligns with their thinking.  Eric quoted President Reagan,

“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.”

Peace Is The Prize!

Comments Off on Peace Is The Prize!

On many occasions the idea of American military intervention has been discussed here.  PDJT is the first President in a long time to see there can be another path to a better world.  Certainly the historic accords signed on Tuesday between Israel, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates is an outstanding example of a different and better course of action.

Clearly the Democrats were caught flat footed by this process.  Their messaging since this was announced has been all over the place.  Speaker Pelosi called peace a “distraction.”  Imagine that.  Peace is a distraction.  Joe Biden claimed that PDJT accidentally fell into peace.

Myron Lizer Speaks for Native Americans

Comments Off on Myron Lizer Speaks for Native Americans

Myron Lizer, vice-president of the Navajo Nation, spoke at the RNC convention.  He talked about the fact that Native Americans had never been invited to participate in the American Dream.  He referenced the broken promises of many Congress people.

Lizer praised the President for all he has done to repair the relationship between Native Americans and Alaskan Natives and the Federal Government.  He noted that PDJT had re-activated the White House Council on Native American affairs.  This should help to promote economic development among Native Americans.  Economic development is one of PDJT’s priorities for America. ...

Small Businesses Thriving

John Peterson, owner of a second-generation metal-fabricating business, Schuette Metals, spoke on the second night of the RNC convention.  Peterson gave a brief history of his business.  He talked about the expansion of the business from a 12-person shop to one employing more than 100 people now.

Peterson talked about how the Obama-Biden administration reduced funding opportunities for small businesses strangling their ability to raise capital to run their business.  This occurred through the many additional regulations placed on the banking industry that made lending to small businesses not worth the effort. ...

Middle East Peace

Comments Off on Middle East Peace

Is peace in the Middle East at hand?  While there have been announcements before about deals that would help provide stability to the region, none of them ever actually panned out.  This frustrated Presidents of both parties as well as diplomats and other go-betweens.

The developments of the last month or so show a strong move toward acceptance of Israel as a legitimate country and as a partner on the world stage.

V-Shaped Recovery Continues

Comments Off on V-Shaped Recovery Continues

Another 1.4 million jobs were added back in August as the recovery continues unabated.  The national unemployment rate dropped to 8.4% from 10.2% in July.  Economists were way off once again as they predicted 9.8% for the unemployment rate.  See the BLS report here.

Despite the ongoing challenges posed by Communist Democratic governors who refuse to listen to the science, there is good news for the most heavily impacted sectors of the economy: leisure and hospitality. Well over half of those jobs lost have been recovered. In the past four months 3.6 million jobs have been gained in this sector. This is despite the efforts of Governors Cuomo, Murphy, Whitmer and Newsome to lock people out of work.  Imagine how much further along the recovery would be if these dictators weren’t obstructing the recovery so that Joe Biden can win the election.

Democrats To Sue Trump Over Tax Cuts

Comments Off on Democrats To Sue Trump Over Tax Cuts

If you do not understand the headline, it is probably because the media has been ignoring PDJT’s giant tax cut for everyday Americans.  That would be a tax cut for the middle class and everyone below them.

By Executive Order President Donald Trump signed an executive action to delay the collection of payroll taxes (Social Security and Medicare). He has sought to enact an outright cut throughout the pandemic in an effort to juice worker’s paychecks.

The text of the memorandum says that people earning under $4,000 every two weeks — or under $104,000 yearly — won’t have to pay the tax out of their paychecks from September 1 to December 31.
