Show Me The Difference

The first Republican debate is now history.  Of all the candidates on stage (even the elephant that was in the room), only Vivek Ramaswamy stood out.  I will reserve judgement on him until I learn more.  The rest of them are cogs in a machine.  There is little difference between them and their counterparts on the other side of the aisle.

Horrific images continue to come out of Maui.  Reports are now indicating that 110+ people lost their lives in the inferno that enveloped Maui.  In addition, more than 1100 people still are unaccounted for.  More recently it has been announced that more than 2000 children are not accounted for.  Maui is fast becoming one of the worst disasters in US history.

WARNING:  Satire Ahead!

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a heartwarming ceremony, President Joe Biden awarded the prestigious Medal of Honor to Kaleo Manuel for his work conserving water during the deadly Hawaii wildfires.

“When people begged for water to save their homes, their very lives – Mr. Manuel had the courage to stand firm and say ‘No’,” said President Biden. “That’s the kind of climate change warrior this administration wants to honor.”

New Hampshire

Please note that this poll was taken BEFORE the Florida governor decided to compare Trump supporters to “listless vessels.”  DeSantis has dropped into fifth place behind Trump, Christie, Undecided and Ramaswamy.

Fox News and the RNC are furious that PDJT will not be present in Wisconsin.  This will undoubtedly cost Fox millions in ad revenue.

Not only that, but Brett Baier will not be able to support Jack Smith in his cases against PDJT.  While the Hunter Biden laptop was off limits during the 2020 presidential debate, Baier was almost certainly going to use the opportunity to grill Trump about J6 and documents at Mar-a-Lago. They would try to create legal jeopardy for Trump by provoking him into saying something that they could twist and use against him in front of judges and juries. So not attending the debate was the only sane option.  Now, the DOJ will have to look for another approach. ...

How Will We Pay For It

Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-5) speaks for many Americans not just those in the House district that he represents.  He is one of the 15 Republican House members who are trying to restore some sanity to the process of our government in Washington.  He is one of the few House members who actually stands up and says “No!” to appropriations that do not have a funding mechanism that isn’t some pie in the sky projection put out by the Congressional Budget Office.

He’s Still A Man

Anyone with any common sense knows that transgenderism is a toxic scam that the Left is using to distract the public from the other evil things they are engaged in.  Brainwashed parents have been told to embrace their child’s fantasy that he/she is actually not the sex that his/her chromosomes say.

Let’s stop there for a moment.  A ten-year-old cannot vote.  A ten-year-old cannot buy beer.  A ten-year-old cannot have an aspirin in school without a doctor’s note.  Yet we are being sold a bill of goods that such a child is capable of making a decision that will result in the lopping off of body parts.  That such a child can decide to take puberty blockers that will stop their normal development.  This is insane.

Mayorkas Called A Liar

Liz Cheney, the former representative in the House of Representatives from Wyoming, was soundly defeated in the Republican primary in 2022 by one Harriet Hageman.  In fact the defeat was historic with a relative unknown defeating an incumbent by almost 40mpoints.

Cheney was the epitome of a Deep State operative who believed that her position was a lifetime one and that she did not need to represent the people who had been persuaded to elect her to that position.

The Hunter Biden deal is mucking up the Democrats’ plans to take over the country and turn America into a one-party totalitarian government.  No one in the public was aware of just how shady the so-called deal was until Wednesday.  Thank God there was a competent judge on the bench, Judge Maryellen Noreika, who was not willing to be a pawn in their game.

Will Scharf, a former federal prosecutor, has provided an opinion on what he believes took place.

McConnell Freezes

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) abruptly froze at a press conference Wednesday before he was ushered away from the podium—raising questions about the 81-year-old lawmaker’s health months after he recovered from a concussion and broken rib from a fall at a Washington hotel.  McConnell later returned to the podium and said he was fine.

McConnell is looking worse than ever.  McConnell has not looked good since he fell earlier this year and missed six weeks in Washington.  He was completely gone for a minute there. ...
