The following is a presentation of facts that begins to expose the attempt by multiple layers of government, both legislative and executive, to oust a sitting President of the United States. The information contained herein has been shared with the DOJ and multiple media outlets.

It’s Just A Mask
This is from a friend in Florida who writes regularly about various topics including COVID-19.
Many people have become quite jaded about politicians keeping the promises they made while campaigning for office. There have been so many instances of politicians walking away from campaign promises as soon as election day is over. One might say that such politicians were lying to the public. And unfortunately, it is a disease that affects politicians on both sides of the aisle.
However jaded one might be, this statement by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez raises eyebrows across the political spectrum.
Governor Newsome of California decided to make celebrating the 4th of July illegal. Amid a supposed new outbreak of the coronavirus, California’s Gavin Newsom was adamant that no firework celebrations be done on the Fourth of July. Several cities cancelled their planned celebrations of the country’s birth. Fireworks displays out in the streets such as we see in other states are illegal in California. In particular, Newsome targeted family gatherings. He told people not to attend gatherings with people who were not in their immediate family.
Radicalism in America’s largest cities seems impervious to reason. Minneapolis appears ready to go ahead with getting rid of their police department. After a unanimous vote of the City Council to do so, they are now trying to figure out just how this would work. They talk about a police-free future. And that may happen sooner rather than later as more and more officers in the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) look for other places to be employed.
One protester said: “This isn’t the first time an institution that is rooted in racism has been abolished. It’s not impossible. We don’t need to scare people and beat people into submission.” My question to her would be “Who’s going to be beaten after the police go away?”
The Democrats have demonstrated once again that they are the party of anti-science. Science is sometimes useful to the Democrats if it advances their agenda of controlling the people of the country. If it isn’t, the Democrats, aided by their allies in the MSM, will invent “science” to support that agenda.
On Sunday, Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) said that the country is “long overdue” for a national mask-wearing mandate to combat the novel coronavirus.
The three judges (Henderson, Wilkins, Rao) on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals have approved a writ of mandamus ordering Judge Emmet Sullivan to dismiss the case against Michael Flynn. Judge Rao wrote the opinion for the majority. The decision can be found here.
The panel ruled that U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan overstepped his authority in not accepting the unopposed motion and in questioning the prosecutors’ decision.
What is the problem with the US Attorney position in the Southern District of New York? Shortly after PDJT took office, PDJT decided to replace Preet Bharara as the US Attorney in SDNY. There is nothing unusual about an incoming President replacing US Attorneys. After all, they are political appointees and serve at the pleasure of the President.
In March 1993 President Bill Clinton had Attorney General Janet Reno fire 93 of the 94 U.S. Attorneys appointed by the prior administration. In 2009, President Obama asked for the resignation of all George W. Bush-appointed U.S. Attorneys. He replaced virtually all of them. Nary a word was spoken about this. It was treated as nothing out of the ordinary.
As was predicted, Minneapolis police officers are quitting the department in droves. At least seven officers have already resigned and at least seven more are in the process of doing so. This comes after the city council decided to disband the department. Precisely what will take its place if anything is not known at this point.
A police spokesman tried to downplay the departures by saying that people leave the department all the time. While people leaving employment for a new and different job is not unusual, the question is who will replace them? Who would want to become an officer in the MPD at this point in time? There is no future here with the department being disbanded.
